General Information About VegasWins Casino
VegasWins Casino is an online casino, established in 2019. It comes with the UKGC licence, but you will also find the Gibraltar Gambling Commission licence, too.
Because the casino is available in the UK only, you won’t find other languages except English. Due to specific rules and strict regulations, there’s only a handful of VegasWins Casino bonuses for regular players, one of which is a welcome bonus for new-joiners with 10x wagering requirements.
Speaking of which, upon registration, you can choose how you wish to receive promotional offers and exclusive bonuses. The options include SMS, email, post and phone.
With a proven track record and a UKGC licence, the casino’s undoubtedly safe. Whether it’s suitable for you it’s a different question. We’ve registered to the casino and tested out different things, all of which you can find in our detailed casino review.
- E-Wallets 0-24 hours

Payment Information and Options at VegasWins Casino
Upon registration, you’ll have to confirm your email address and verify your account. Deposits are quick and easy and you can do it in a few minutes. All of the options are listed here, including MuchBetter, MasterCard, Google Pay and other options. The minimum deposit is £5.
As for withdrawals, the minimum limit is £10. For withdrawals lower than this sum, you can contact chat support and it’s best done via live chat. In case you’re closing an account, the limits don’t apply and all funds are released accordingly.
The maximum withdrawal is £10,000, but if the sum won exceeds this amount, you have to request withdrawals in multiple installments.
The casino takes approximately up to 48 hours to process and review your withdrawal and additional 1-5 days to release the funds. The withdrawal speed depends on the payment method chosen, so it can happen that you get the sum one day after you initiate the withdrawal, especially if you’re using PayPal or Trustly.
Games at VegasWins Casino
At VegasWins Casino, you’ll find approximately 800 different games, most of which are online slots. The number of filters available will help you find your favourite games easily, while you can also sort games in different manners.
As you open filters, the search bar will appear as well, so you can look for a game directly. The casino will save your recently played and won games, as well as your favourites, so that you can access them more easily with a new session.
With approximately 50 live games, there’s plenty of rooms you can join and have fun with some live action. The number of table games is poor and it’s only online roulette.
VegasWins Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Just like it’s the case with the majority of UK based casinos, VegasWins has numerous responsible gambling tools that can help out players. There’s a separate section within your account where you can find reality check and deposit limits.
With reality checks, you can set them for 5, 15, 30 and 45 minutes or 1 hour. As for deposit limits, 24 hours, 7 days and 1 month are your options. Checks and limits can be changed anytime.
Additionally, you can find a take a break feature, allowing you to pause your gambling for 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 4 weeks or 6 weeks. Self-exclusion is possible for up to 5 years and it can be done with a few clicks.
The responsible gambling page contains additional information including a link to a self-assessment test by GamCare, which you can do online. Overall, VegasWins Casino is excellent in terms of responsible gambling tools.
Customer Service at VegasWins Casino
VegasWins Casino has a neatly organised customer service. Scroll down to the footer of the website and you’ll find several support links.
If you need help, check FAQs first. There are different sections such as “Verification” “Deposits and Withdrawals”, “Technical”, etc. where questions are grouped together. You can find a lot of useful information and potentially an answer to your query. The casino has responded in a clear and direct manner.
Live chat is opened with one click and you’ll be joined by a chatbot. It’s a bit annoying that you have to enter all the details even if you’re logged in. After you type in everything, the bot will offer some articles, but you can quickly bypass it by saying you still need help once the options appear.
The agents are here with you shortly after they validate your data. Overall, the support is professional and helpful and the live chat is open 24/7. The alternative is to send an email, but our experience with the support is positive.

This is another Nektan casino, I found them after I had used up all of my bonus offers at another one of their brands and wanted to find some more bonuses to play, and VegasWins has amongst the most generous multi stage welcome package of any of the Nektan properties. Additionally, they also have the largest selection of slots and a brilliant Live Casino area, so it seemed as good a place to try next as any!
VegasWins doesn’t seem to suffer from the same layout or stylesheet problems that I found at Great Britain Casino. The structure of the site works very well on both desktop and tablet, with a different style used when accessing the site from my mobile phone. All of the games seem to be available on all platforms too, which is finally becoming more common as games are being converted from the older Flash-based technology to HTML5.
The casino blog is an interesting read here and a nice addition to the site, particularly for those who maybe haven’t got the extended years of experience playing online casinos that I do. There’s even some interesting articles regarding e-sports, skin betting, and lootboxes, which is fascinating to see on a gambling site in light of the ongoing debate about whether these types of activities do infact constitute gambling.
Customer support is excellent here and were very polite and helpful when sorting out my verification prior to my first withdrawal. I also had a problem with my second deposit bonus not being added correctly which was sorted out quickly and without stress.
I have made two withdrawals so far here and both took much longer than I would expect in light of the timescales posted on their site. This is understandable first time around if your account isn’t yet verified, but I find it unacceptable second time around to be waiting almost a week for money to arrive back to Skrill. I chose to use that method after checking I would still be able to claim my bonus thinking it would be much faster than my first withdrawal which was sent back to my Mastercard, but it took pretty much the same time regardless.
Also, there are so few table games available here that they don’t even have a section! I actually thought there were none available whatsoever, but I did eventually spot some blackjack and roulette games mixed in with the slots section upon closer inspection. There’s no video poker games at all either! Not sure why casinos think all anybody ever wants to play these days is slots, but it’s really frustrating!
