It's located pretty much on the other side of the planet, I never have to deal with them again when this is over.

When trying to withdraw, they put you on hold for atleast a week before telling your withdrawal was denied, You ask what you need to do, and do it. Another week goes by, then its a new reason why its declined. They are deliberatly holding your money for some sort of gain. They told me on 7 separate occasions that it was my skrill card that was the problem, when they couldnt use that anymore they try to say that i have a gambling problem, the only problem i have is to get my money OUT of the casino. Horrible customer service, Horrible waiting times. All and all, the planets worst online casino, take your business elsewhere if you wanna keep your mental health.

They have a nice loyalty program and lots of games available from different providers. Their customer support is friendly an they're always ready to help.

My biggest problem with this casino is their max bet of 100$ for live table games on Evolution. That should be explicitly stated in their T&C and i had to inquire customer service about this.
This really limits your play style and holds you back from winning big amounts if you play exclusively Live games. I hope they change this rule in the future to enhance my experience at Syndicate.
