I already explained why the accounts were registered from my phone. But I am the only account actually deposited money and didn't get the bonus. You cannot contact the other family members isn't valid as far as my account should be viewed. Also they are very easily contactable through their real emails and real phone numbers they gave your site at their time of registration. What is the outcome of tgier accounts shouldn't weigh on myself as I am a paying customer. So even though I feel as though your Co. Site had a valid reason for the concern it was and should be of no stature to my accredited I have given a true quick reply to your suspicion quickly from your site as well as on my complaint.

Yet this hasn't stopped my real money deposits. All I want is my account to receive the bonus and to continue to pay and play. If you cannot accommodate my requests than I feel i should not play with your site but would really hope that isn't the outcome I want, because I cannot access any other sites on my device. I would be UN happy. But I cannot give my monies to a service who keeps questioning my valid concerns answers and fairness. So hopefully we can agree so we would not loose out either way. thanku
