I think the only tool I could spot as missing was a loss limit, but you can activate the reality check to help with this to some extent.

If you need to take a break, you can self-exclude. You’ll find all these tools within the same section of your profile which is great. There’s no added stress of finding these limits when we know this may already be a difficult time for some people. Finally, you can also apply for an account closure at any time.

You can access the Quickz support hub if you have any questions or concerns. The casino has a live chat feature which is open during business hours only. Unfortunately, these are not stated. Instead the casino states that, if live chat is offline, you’ll need to email them instead. When reviewing the casino, I could not find any live chat icon to test it. Assuming this means they were offline and when so, they remove the icon. 

So, unfortunately if this happens to you when you need help, you’ll need to email the casino. You’ll see the email address in the support hub and they state they aim to reply to these within 24 hours.

Your verification documents should be uploaded through your player account. However, if you have any questions about verifying your account, you can email the casino and it is a different email address. This is also listed in the support hub. 

You’ll also see a few, but very basic FAQ’s in the support section. So for anything more complex, I definitely recommend using live chat when they are online. I also noticed, there were no options for phone support or any online contact forms. So, live chat during peak periods will be your best option, otherwise you’ll need to send an email.
