I played at Phoenician Casino for half an hour and the whole time there was a problem. First, it couldn’t load, so I had to play using the Flash version. I do not know whose fault was it, my computer’s or the website’s, but it was quite disturbing, because it was a small delay.

I deposited 50 EUR and I started playing Gold Factory, which is not really a factory of money. In the first 5 minutes I won small amounts, but after these 5 minutes I didn't win anything, not even 10 cents! So I kept playing it for 5 more minutes and then I switched to Soccer Safari. I liked this last slot, because everything was more animated than the other games (like Sugar Mama, where everything is so boring).

So I start playing Soccer Safari and I start winning big. In 15 minutes I already had 250-300 EUR and I was already thinking what I am going to do with the money. But guess what, the slots stopped paying and I found myself in the end with no money.
Generally, I didn’t have a bad experience with this casino. People working there are friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes them a little too long to reply.

The bonuses are very generous. 50$ on the first deposit bonus, 200$ for the 2nd one and 950 for the 3rd.

As it is the case with many casinos, they spam a lot. They have sent me some many emails since I signed up that I had to unregister. They lost me as a customer because they are too pushy and sent me way too many emails.

I was very Sceptical about this casino, I was decided to give him a try and I deposited there money which I had won in the past.

I had downloaded the casino and first there was a server problem while the installation, so I had used only the flash version from this casino. This was a real delay, cause I had long loading times, and could not start the slots in that time which a download version need.

The support is really nice to their customers, and I had my verification of my account in one day. This was really good and it seems to be they had not really much work out there. For a mcrg was this a really fast time. After 5 day my money was arrived on my skrill account and I had really happy about the play in this casino.

This casino has a very strange name and crappy bonus terms and conditions like in rest of casino reward group and that is about it when it comes to bad things. I would dare to say after playing in five casinos of above mentioned group that this one deserves the best overall grade. Since this group messed with my head in the past with their silly bonus rules here also I skipped bonus and deposited my own money so I can use auto-spin as well as gamble feature on slot games.

Things went really smoothly when it comes to winnings here. On three different slot games I won decent amounts and tripled my deposit in two days I spent at this casino. Phoenician casino is one from many others microgaming casinos, also one from many casino rewards. I pretty like casino rewards group, they had a lot of casinos = lots of bonuses.

So I decided to try casino a bit, with minimum deposit 20$ . With this deposit I can't bet big, so I playing 0.5 per bet with some most popular mg slots like hitman, supe it up, dolphin coast , and few others. I had some cool hits at break da bank again, but I only play it 0.27per bet, so wins was about 30$, but anything its very big and cool. Last game that I play was thunderstruck 2, I lost on it 30$, but finish my wagering requirements. After about 3-4 hours I had 120$ on my balance, and also I fulfill wagering requirements for my bonus, so I just click bank, then cashout all balance. Why not? I had great playtime, and also won something. Not needed to play more, when you finish wager and you did not lost. So, I hit cashout, support ask my documents (id + utility bill + screenshot of my moneybookers account).

I send it all, and in two day got email from security department that my account fully approved. In few hours I got fresh 120$ on my moneybookers account.

Phoenician Casino, another Microgaming casino run under Casino Rewards. As usual it offers plenty of games including video slots that most people will love, Card games like blackjack, poker, caribbean stud, and other games such as roulette, or baccarat. At first I wanted to try out the casino but after a few deposits I started to call it quits because the wins and payouts weren't exactly outstanding to begin with. There website wasn't appealing to my eyes and there welcome bonuses weren't satisfactory. The bonuses they offered were $1200 for three deposits: 50% up to $50 for your first deposit, 25% up to $200 on your second deposit and last but not least 20% up to $950 on your third and final deposit. I find it outrageous for them to give me 20% only for my third deposit. Who would want for example 20% up to $950 for a $200 deposit!? That's only a $40 bonus. What's worse is that it's a bonus, you would have to fulfill and satisfy the wagering requirements which is exactly 30x so $40 x 30 = $1200 wagering. My few words would be money going down the drain! I understand that all bonuses need to be wagered but if anything all bonuses have to be better than 20%!

I've experienced countless losses and very long strings of bad luck and this casino is by far the worst I've ever played on. It's got no appeal, the bonuses aren't exactly appealing or glamorous, support is okay, the rewards program they offer is alright and as with terms & conditions and Wager requirements, well they are basically the same as any other online casino out there!

My advise to all new players and existing players alike would be to not play on this casino. I would not recommend this casino to anyone. I can tell you any other casino such as 32red or Spin Palace casino have more appeal than Phoenician.

Phoenician casino got me interested because they bombarded me with a few emails after signing on to some mailing list. The website is somewhat unattractive, and it is not as professional looking as some of the other microgaming sites. However it has everything there to make you assured about quality. You have your audit reports and the independent testing results. I doubt anyone reads them, but it is very good that they are clear about their results. One disadvantage is that it is download only, which is a bit annoying if you want to get in some cheeky games while at work (they tend to frown on downloading casino software over there even when no ones around :)) Good things first – they accept Paypal, so hurray if you have some money spare on that. They have loads of decent games for you to try out.

Best games include blackjack which has good house rules and roulette which gives you multiple selections. There are progressive games to won with slot games and Caribbean Draw Poker. The poker games are actually good, and with the progressives you get a chance to win $200 000 plus. The slot games are good fun as well. I actually spent most of my time on the poker table with this casino, although I did give Thunderstruck II a try. The game is geared towards giving lots of scatters and it is worth playing multi lines so you get money back and a decent amount of play time.

In terms of how I did I made some money on caribbean draw poker not playing any strategy and lost a minimal amount playing Thunderstruck. Unusually for me I did worse at the blackjack and roulette table than I do normally – normaly it is the slots that take away my winnings. In terms of withdrawal they are quick – you get your money within the week, although I understand there are limits if you have a lot of money in the casino. Overall I would rate the casino a 7/10 – it is not one I would play because of the lack of browser option.

I just read AlexMou's review and I totally disagree, yes the casino group do send lots of spam emails but despite their persistence the casino is a very good and addictive one. Its Microgaming after all.

So I got paid from another casino one night and decided to register at a new site, one with an unfamiliar name so I know i haven't already made an account there, Phoenician Casino it was, and the first thing I did was claim the 100% first deposit bonus!

The only thing that may put you off is that the minimum deposit is £50, or whatever your currency is.
Oh well, 50 + 50 = £100, that's a lot of wagering if you're planning a cash out.
I started with the usual, slots, because they count towards 100% of the wagering.
I chose one I have never played before, it was called Carnival, after about 20 minutes I checked the payout structure and realized there wasn't even a bonus for this slot, never seen that before but it made sense as the line payouts were higher than normal slots.
For a slot which never had a bonus game, I actually made big profits from my £2.25 spins, I was upto £300-£350, only about another thousand pounds left to wager.
I changed my game to Deck the Halls, as it was around christmas time last year I thought this slot could be paying out, and like 99% of the time when I get a feeling it turns out to be a bad one.

Once again another casino to add to the list where I have never cashed out from so I can't comment on their withdrawal speed, but I have cashed out from Riverbelle casino, a site which has the same layout and software as this one, they took around 3-5 days after processing my withdrawal so I suspect Phoenician Casino has the same policy.

That will be not very nice review, and may be I am wrong, but its my personal opinion about this casino, soooo lets go on! Phoenician casino is part of Casino Rewards group with microgaming platform. I love microgaming platform, but I am still think and I am even sure that you can find much more better microgaming casino, then any casino from Casino Rewards. So, I should explain why I am hate them.

First of all, I got TONS MILLIONS HUNDREDS SPAM EMAILS EVERY EVERY DAY! All typed that I am chosen one, I am lucky winner, I am got weekly super free win, and also its standart deposit bonus. God damn, whyy.

Second, their policy about bonus terms is much away from fair. They used many ways to confiscate your money for idiotic reasons sometimes (I see complaints from players, who got banned for using autoplay) (!!!!WHAT WTF OMG!?). Thats not good to make your business right this. But if you will play very very careful, dont make big bets with bonuses, play only slots, I think this casino should be ok for you. But I repeating, much more microgaming casinos had better support and reviews.

I am also had one cashout from their group, but I wait it 4 days. That sick too, if I win I want to got money in 24-48 hours max. So, I don't really recommend this casino, you better find another, 32 red, redbet, nordicbet, etc etc etc. But if you want to give a shot to CR, you can do this. But if you had complaint after it, I told you guys, I told you...

So I hate this group for spam and rogue terms, and for longs cashouts. But live chat and their help is ok, software also very nice.
