Paripesa Casino - Withdraw limited to 100 euros

Hello!


After getting some restrictions on my account, and exchanging lots of documents with the Paripesa Casino's Security team, they communicated to me their decision about finishing our contract relationship and suggested I withdraw all my funds.


I want to highlight that before this happened, I used to withdraw part of my funds without any issues up to 500€ per attempt as it described in the withdrawal method "VISA credit card".


Since I received the communication from Paripesa to withdraw all my funds, the casino has given me some kind of limitation to just withdraw up to 100€ every 24h. What is the aim of this limitation? Delay the withdrawal of all my funds (initially 2.500€) 1 month? This seems to be trick from the casino that doesn't want to pay me all the remaining funds. In the last emails, they refer to technical issues... but I'm pretty sure this is not the reason...


Please, could you help me to reverse this limitation so I can withdraw all my funds in the following days?

Paripesa Casino - Withdraw request reject declined by operator payment processing error
Hi,

You are my last hope to solve this situation...

I have been trying to withdraw my funds from my account for several times but without success. I would really appreciate if you could help me to find a solution with Paripesa Casino. When I submit the withdrawal request it is initially approved (I attatch screenshots where the approval is seen) and after a few minutes, I get a message that it was rejected by the operator (I attatch screenshots where the withdraws are being rejected cause the same reason): "Declined by operator. (Payment processing error)"

I contacted them by chat and by email to try to get more information about the issue. They told me the problem was on my credit card, but I have contacted my bank several times and they guarantee there is no restriction on my credit card. In fact, I still operating with it without any problem. I have also suggested the possibility to withdraw with other method (for example, a SEPA transfer to the bank account associated to the same credit card), but the answer was very short stating that the withdraw must be done to the same deposit method. The issue here is that my account is restricted to do new deposits, so I can't try this option. I also attatch screenshots of these conversations. But as you can see, the procedure seems to be just delaying the payment of my funds.

My experience with this casino has raised concerns about certain practices that I believe are unfair and potentially misleading for customers, and I’m hoping for assistance in resolving the matter.

The Issue: Withdrawal Restriction

My primary concern is with an enforced withdrawal restriction, which limits me to a maximum of 100 EUR per day, despite having the option to deposit significantly higher amounts in one go. This restriction is especially problematic because I currently have a balance of approximately 8400 EUR. When attempting to withdraw larger amounts, I have been met with inconsistent explanations from the casino's customer support, ranging from vague "technical issues" to "individual account restrictions." These limitations have persisted for several days, with no clear timeframe or solution offered by the casino.

Customer Support’s Response

Each attempt to gain clarification from customer support has been met with non-specific responses that fail to justify this restriction. I am left with no feasible option to access my funds promptly—either withdrawing in small increments over several months or leaving my funds inaccessible. This approach is neither fair nor ethical and raises questions about the casino’s financial integrity and operational practices.

Seeking Resolution

After numerous attempts to resolve this issue with the casino directly, I am now requesting AskGamblers' assistance to address these practices. I believe my situation warrants a formal review, and I seek guidance on how to ensure fair treatment as a customer as Curaçao's gaming regulations do not have any form of help to give as they are not holding a license (But it is claimed under askgamblers review of the casino). I have complained to Curaçao eGaming, but they are unable to help.

Thank you for your time, and I appreciate any support you can offer in facilitating a resolution. Taking legal actions in curacao and cyprus will take alot of my valuable time.

I am a loyal VIP customer at Paripesa for many years, regularly depositing large sums and placing bets. In the beginning, everything ran smoothly—I received cashback payments consistently and felt well taken care of as a customer. But lately, my experience has deteriorated significantly.

I’ve now been waiting ten working days for my cashback, without receiving a satisfactory explanation. The claim that there’s a “technical issue” doesn’t seem very credible—especially since I had previously requested an early payout. Cashback payments are already delayed as it is, usually arriving on the fifth-to-last working day of the month, so this additional delay is frustrating.

Even my request to have it processed before the weekend was ignored. These days, as a VIP customer, you’re met with condescension rather than appreciation. The reliable service I once knew is hardly recognizable, and the VIP manager in particular shows little willingness to help.

It’s a shame, because Paripesa does offer good odds and a solid range of payment methods. Unfortunately, the declining quality of customer support now overshadows those positives. At this point, I can’t recommend the platform—there are other providers who take better care of their VIP clients.

I have been using PariPesa for some time now and have had no major issues so far. Good odds. Had a problem withdrawing once but everything went smoothly. Support is quick to respond. Overall a decent experience and would recommend this casino to other users.

In some cases, withdrawal of funds may be difficult, but this can be quickly resolved by contacting the support service. It is also not particularly pleasant that you have to use a VPN to make the site available.

No limit deposits with 0 withdrawals…
Despite on the site it is written that they have 500 Euro limit/day, they have 150 Euros and yet those 150 Euros they just have not paid yet after a week, the only thing they told me that they have paid it, by providing proof, still nothing!

You can contact them via email, they write back with no signature with easy 3/4 word sentences, a total scam not a betting site, wondering how they still operate!
