Very nice website and lay out. Easy to find games and plenty of providers. Lots of bonuses on offer. Support is available all the time. Payment methods work fine.
The casino is a part of the Dama group which has a lot of solid and reputable casinos, However this one along with a few others is not one of them. They have the same terms as other "reputable" dama casinos but this place will take it to another level not to pay you. For example their "4th deposit" bonus is 50% + 100 free spins (standard with most dama casinos) I used this bonus and wagered it all, verified my account and made a few hundred $$ withdrawal, they rejected it and said max win is $200 as I used the free spins in the 4th deposit offer. (First time this has happened to me at a dama casino and I have played the same way and accepted the same bonuses across the brand with flawless withdrawals) this simply indicates that they are doing as they please. Also at the reputable dama casinos they have responsible gaming limits sections and this place doesn't and we can probably guess why. I'm not a disgruntled player just simply highlighting that you need to be cautious at this place and maybe choose the approved dama casinos.
Hello Genovese, We appreciate your feedback and positive comments about our casino. We are sorry for the frustration this may have caused. We have re-reviewed your case to make sure you have been treated fairly and there were no mistakes on our side and we can see that our bonus terms may have been misinterpreted. To summarize, all players participating in our Welcome Offer are entitled for maximum winnings of 200 EUR (or currency equivalent) from the free spins issued, and 5000 Euro maximum winnings (or currency equivalent) derived from the bonus as a whole once the wagering requirements have been met. Unfortunately, in your case, the Bonus wagering requirement hasn't been met, which resulted in free spin winnings entitlement only and your withdrawal request was handled accordingly. We hope this clarifies your case and we are more than happy to assist you further as required! Best regards, luckywins.com team
