LuckyHills Casino

The only positive thing I can say about LuckyHills is that, when withdrawals were actually approved, the payouts were processed quickly. Unfortunately, that positive experience has been completely overshadowed by the way my current dispute and outstanding refund have been handled.

What I dislike most about LuckyHills is how they handled my account after they were informed that I was in an active bankruptcy and struggling with a gambling problem. Despite being made aware of this, my account was not immediately restricted and I was able to continue depositing thousands of dollars, which caused serious financial harm. LuckyHills has since refunded only part of the disputed amount, while $2,981 CAD remains outstanding, and they have now stopped responding to me altogether. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this directly, but instead of receiving a clear response, explanation, or resolution, I have been met with silence. I find the lack of responsible action, transparency, and communication extremely disappointing, and I do not consider this matter resolved while the remaining disputed funds are still outstanding.

It is a good casino with many bonus options, including no-deposit bonuses. It offers a great variety of games from top slot providers with high RTP, making it a very good place to play.

I appreciate the approach they took to explain bonuses and reassure me. They called me and took the time needed so I trusted them. VIP experience from day 1.

I love it and it pays out quickly. Even though I haven't won yet personally, I have a friend who has! Good luck to everyone.

This is a good casino that is way better than other online casinos played over the last few months, which just take your money. It is easy to deposit funds and the account verification process is simple.

I think this is a great app with great customer service. They quickly address any issue or problem that you might encounter. I have also made a successful withdrawal within a few days.

It is a decent site and I would say it is an okay site, one of the better ones I have played. Otherwise, I would suggest people to try the site.

They are cheap on birthday gifts though. They take a while to pay out as well, and their payout limits suck per day. They are a little slow on payouts and it sucks that you can only take 7,000 a day out, 20,000 a week, and 60,000 a month.

It is a great casino overall, and I am still giving it the benefit of the doubt despite not having won anything yet.

I have yet to receive any wins, and there are not enough no-deposit free spins or no-wagering bonuses available.

Fantastic casino, very appealing with a vast selection of games, a clear platform, and attractive bonuses. Registration is simple and navigation is intuitive.

Particularly positive are the fast deposits and withdrawals as well as the friendly customer support. Overall, a solid online casino with varied entertainment and a good user experience.
