This site has a very good selection of games and the site is very easy to navigate. However I did not have any luck and lost a quite large amount of money over a very short period of time. I do realise this can happen and that sometimes you just have no luck.
However I was very disappointed by this site's attitude when I requested some sort of bonus. They refused my request and compared with other sites I have played on they seem particularly unprofessional when it comes to customer relations. There are loads of other sites out there who reward their players with bonuses especially when they have had large losses. Also, many of them do not have the large wagering requirements which this site has in place.

Customer service. Was entitled to a small bonus earned from free spins cause I verified my account but the deleted it from my account after I withdrew money. Even though the $20.20 had nothing to do with my original deposit/playthrough/cashout.

Sloooowww cash outs. From the time you hit withdrawl, it takes a few days to get approved. Once it is approved its 4-5 days to get your money in your account. My last withdrawl is still not in my account after 7 days although i expect it soon. With it being 2018 it shouldnt take more than 2 days to get funds wire transferred. The biggest dislike i have is the 4k limit on withdrawls. Ive won big and had to withdrawl in increments of 4k which really sucks. Im not sure if its to ensure you keep funds in your account longer if you win big to be tempted to play and maybe give some back.
Vip programs here are horrible. I'm over level 45 and never get anything from them. The VIP program is pretty useless for me anyway so far.

Customer support, poor handling of support cases, keep vulnerable customers waiting 3 weeks for a response which ultimately was scripted. Made no attempt to engage with the customer, made no attempt at a resolution with the customer... essentially told them tough, we got we we wanted so screw you.
Added further stress and anxiety to the customer, showed absolutely no emotion or understanding of the situation and just dismissed the support case out of hand.
Clearly like all other casinos and are very greedy and care free

Probably just the VIP Program, not much info on how it works besides a crazy amount of levels (70+) and no real indication what each level or level group gives you or even at what stage will you be entitled to a personal account manager. I currently spend about 2000€ on online casinos per month and its split between different casinos, but if I had a casino which would be clear about these things, I’d be more likely to play there more often.

Today I was craving some slots. deposited some cash and started loading slots just to find error on a bunch of them. the ones that worked I didn't fancy playing them. Live chat clueless of what is happening only advised me to clear cache and history and coudn't assist no further.
