Completely verified. Submitted cash out via bank transfer which their timeframes was 10 minutes to 5 days.

It’s been 5 days and nothing has been transferred. This seems to be a common theme for them.

Repeated emails go unanswered. It does not take long in this age to do a simple bank transfer! I should have researched. Shame on me.

Spoke to support through chat and was told it’s a technical issue. Same old story with these guys. I don’t understand the mindset here. Not a good look.

Oh surprise. Suddenly I’m no longer verified and they are requesting another bank statement. Delay delay delay. This place should be shut down.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Support staff from staff needs another bank statement and I’m emailed saying to wait 5 more days.
What a joke. Hopefully I’ll help other players stay away from this site and the frustration they cause.

So I just happen to notice that they have my account number wrong on my verification page. Contacted support to attempt to correct it since they have my bank statement on file. Support says it has been corrected but on my end it’s still wrong. I don’t think I’ll ever see this cash out. It’s just one thing after the other with this site.
Told today to wait another 5 days. Unreal!

So today the $4000 gets reversed to my casino account. No explanation. They’re asking for another bank statement which they have already verified. It’s just a complete run around. What a scam. All this stress honestly isn’t worth $4000. They just want people to give up.
