General Information about KoalaBet Casino
KoalaBet Casino is an online casino which is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and operates under License No. ALSI-202508036-FI1. Koalabet.io is owned and operated by Koala Global Ltd. Registration number 000050011.
The casino supports all the latest devices. You can choose any web browser or you can play on the go using their mobile casino. You’ll have access to their games and features regardless of which device you use. I tested the casino using both options and didn’t have any issues.
I also tested the registration process which is straightforward. You can choose one of the KoalaBet Casino Bonuses to get you started. Or, visit our collection of casino reviews for more places to play with bonus offers.
Payment Information and Options at KoalaBet Casino
You can choose from a wide variety of payment options and it is a casino that accepts crypto. You’ll find all the options available in the cashier, according to your currency. Crypto options include BTC, USDT, ETH and more. All deposits must be wagered at least once.
You will be asked to complete the verification process before you can cash out. You’ll be asked to submit documents like your passport, driving license and utility bill, dated within the last 3 months. You may also be required to submit a selfie holding your ID. The casino aims to review your documents within 24 - 48 hours. Enhanced verification can take up to 5 business days.
Once verified, cryptocurrency withdrawals can be processed instantly. Other payment methods will take longer. The minimum you can withdraw is $10 and there are no withdrawal fees. If your balance is 10 times larger than the total sum of your deposits you can only withdraw up to €5,000 per month. Otherwise, you can withdraw up to €10,000 per month. I think these limits are quite low compared to industry standards. There is no mention of daily or weekly limits.
Customer Support at KoalaBet Casino
If you have any questions or concerns about anything, the casino has a live chat feature you can use. I found live chat within the menu options, rather than an icon on the screen. You can connect to a live chat agent and during bust periods they’ll let you know that their response times will be slower than usual. You’ll join a queue until someone is available to help. But you can tap in your email to get notifications for replies.
We had to wait some time before we could speak to someone. However, when we did they were friendly and polite. You can also upload documents through live chat which is a useful feature. Live chat is open to all users, so you can use the feature if you need to ask anything before you sign up.
I couldn’t find any other support options, including email and phone support. There is no Contact Us section I could access or an FAQ section. So, if you need help, you will need to launch the live chat box and wait for an agent.
Games at KoalaBet Casino
The games lobby is packed with the latest online slots and jackpots from multiple providers. I thought the lobby looked quite busy, there’s a lot going on. They have an in-chat feature, but you can hide this which makes it all look less cluttered. There are over 1,500 games available and many vendors. You can also use the drop down menu to list and select your favourite providers. I couldn’t find any information regarding RTPs for each game.
There are menus you can use to help you sort games and a search engine which is great for finding your favourite games almost instantly. I tested the search bar and it came up with near instant results for the games I wanted every time. One feature I also liked was the fact you can save your favourite games for future gaming sessions. You must be logged in to use this feature. I also tested a few games like Happy Hoovers from Pragmatic Play which loaded fine with no issues.
You can also try a selection of table games! You’ll find traditional games like online poker, blackjack, roulette and more. I used the menus to try these games and also found the search engine useful for tables.
You can also go for something more interactive and try the live casino games. There’s a nice selection to choose from and you can join the live hosts. You can chat with other real players and enjoy games from the likes of Evolution Gaming and other popular names.
KoalaBet Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
The casino promotes gambling responsibly. At the foot of the casino I was able to access their responsible gambling page which details some advice and tips on how you can stay in control of your gaming activities. You can also answer a short set of self-assessment questions to see whether or not you may need to seek some external help for gambling addictions.
Unfortunately, I could not see any information about being able to set deposits, loss or wager limits. However, on a more positive note there are some options to help you take a break. If you want a short break, you can contact the casino and ask them for a 7-day cooling off period. However, if you need something longer you can self-exclude for a minimum of 6 months. You must contact the casino to activate it as I wasn’t able to find the option to do this myself.
