Great, (better than great the best I have ever dealt with) vip customer care team friendly, well mannered and eager to assist any way they can. I have had issues with regular support agents on live chat but a quick email to the vip team and they were happy to assist and handled my issues professionally and in an appropriate time frame. But it needs a (favourites) tab in categories or its own next header next to the to the providers at the top of the page. Three issues: Firstly bank transfer withdrawing minimum 300 is a little outrageous $20 or $30 would be far fairer now this brings me to my second issue in regards to bonuses completely understand and respect pay through and have no issues with it, but once that is completed. Whatever you have in your balance should be yours not maximum of 100 dollars (sign up bonus probably fair) but when you are a returning player. Especially when you cant withdraw the 100 you can keep, because the minimum is 300 to withdraw through my preferred method. ( I would have to deposit another 200 play that and try/win and keep it above 300 to get it out, something is not right there with that policy, really no point giving bonuses that have. You may as well just play with fun money. I wasn't going to return as a customer after the disappointment of playing and winning 2 jackpots getting through the play through with still reasonable amount of winnings for it to all disappear back 100. There is no point having cap the bets on the bonus round with maximum payout of 100, no point if you are taking it back in the end. Hello, I have waited a long time but would still like to report that the casino is not fair. At the end of October I had created an account at this casino, checked which options I had to deposit and withdraw possible winnings, I saw that there were many possibilities and because of the positive reactions I had read at LCB and Askgamblers I decided to deposit, I contacted live chat and they suggested neosurf because I had first tried to deposit with ecopayz, but unfortunately that didn't work so made my first deposit with a 10 euro neosurf voucher.
After playing for a while I decided when I was at 75 euros to have my winnings paid out but a little later I saw that it was canceled, I contacted live chat and they told me that I had to deposit with my neosurf account, after which I did that too, I deposited 15 euros with my neosurf account and played a bit more.
After a while my balance had become 200 euros so decided to have the winnings paid out, again after a short while this was refused, I contacted again and had to use my paysafecard account, while later, again refused, I tried through coinspaid, again refused, I contacted them again and felt that they were holding me on the line and had no alternative and because I had deposited only 25 euros in total I thought to myself: I will play the money and they will never see me again, but I now think this should be known, so I would like to inform you and future players about this.

Well, nothing special about this casino, they have most providers and almost the same welcome bonuses, and same as other casinos they have crypto deposits and believe withdraw too!
