After verification you will not have any issues withdrawing, however you are limited to withdrawing 500 euros a day from Mon-Fri (No withdrawals on weekends) You can level up which supposedly increases your withdrawal limit but this only ever increased when i made deposits to the site which is not very nice behavior because if you deposit 1000 euros you already have to roll that over 5 times in order to make a withdrawal and then it will take at least two days to get your initial deposit back out.

I recently had a big win and my balance was sat at 12,000 euros, in the past i had big wins and i ended up losing them, the casino refused to up my withdrawal limits and offers zero player protection to lock your account to prevent you from playing. Sadly i ended up losing this 12,000 euros balance and i went to proceed with closing my account but all i ever get in response was them trying to push me to stay.

You also mentioned that you believe we should lock your account. Please understand that we cannot lock an account while there is real money in it, as the funds belong to you and we cannot simply restrict access to them for you or any other player.

There is nothing good about this casino. Please avoid it at any costs if you do not want to lose money and be in a mental distress. They will treat you very poorly.

I would like to warn everyone against this casino. They are scammers who have a well-rehearsed technique on how to manipulate people. Let me explain:
1) Live chat in case of disputes or any problems sends you to the support email. That itself is fine, but the problem is that you never get a response if it concerns serious issues, for example, if you want to close your account. Additionally, they give you two emails – [email protected] and sometimes [email protected] to mislead you and make you contact the wrong email.
2) As of my personal situation, I had tried to close my account multiple times, but it never led to action, because they just ignore you. As I mentioned above, live chat does not know anything. You are sent to a support email where you will not get a reply. If you get one, no further action will be taken. Account manager sends you to live support, live support to email support, so it is a never-ending cycle. However, after I contacted the casino asking them if they do possess a valid license which allows them to provide gambling services, and asked for a refund of all deposits in case of non-possession of a valid license, my account was blocked, and I did not receive a response or any explanation.
The most important thing is that all this attitude caused me mental distress. They do not care about their clients and intentionally manipulate and harm them.
Please avoid this casino at any cost.

Worst casino ever in history, gambled away alot of money and vip manager encourged to deposit more and more everyday on whatsapp and i told the vip mananger in gambling issue, then she says to contact support and i did and for 4 weeks now the havent reply on 10 of my emails, but still send sms and email to continue to play, also when ask in chat they cant help with anything and tell me to email then once again.

Absolutely incredible casino, I found this casino, created an account and today I received a letter from them that I can get 200% and 250 free spins with a €20 deposit.
