So far my experience with Jackpotter has been nothing but positive. Great selection of games and outstanding customer service. I've had a few minor issues that were handled and resolved promptly. I've never had to wait longer than a few hours for withdrawals and I've had more withdrawals with this casino than any other I've played on and I play quite a few. I also like that certain crypto currencies don't have a minimum deposit or withdrawal amount. Most do have minimum s, but since I use LTC almost exclusively, I can deposit any amount and play with it. The layout of their site is clean and straightforward without being too flashy or laggy due to being cluttered. I also really like the quickness of leveling for better daily/weekly/monthly rewards. I've only been playing there for around a month or so and have leveled very quickly! The card collection weekly event for USDT is also really cool and worth it.
I'd like to see better bonuses or just more of them in general. Once you've used up the 1st and 2nd deposit bonuses there's only a couple left that to me aren't too appealing. Definitely not a deal breaker, though.
