They have a really good selection of games, from reputable providers. I also think that depositing is really fast and easy, but of course, they all are fast and easy with deposits.
This is where they go really wrong, and it’s too bad, because the casino could be much better, and they could retain customers. Withdrawing winnings is almost impossible, they just will not issue payment. They cancel withdrawals with no explanation, and the customer service is a chatbot. The KYC is a nuisance, but beyond that, the withdrawal process is extremely bad. The worst I’ve ever seen, and I’ve played on so many sites I’ve lost count. This one takes the cake for withdrawal nightmares. It’s almost like they don’t care if you ever play there again, and they don’t look far enough ahead to realize that if this issue was better, they would retain customers. Nothing else is good about this casino. I don't have anything good to say except the variety of providers and games. Everything else is really bad. Support is terrible, withdraw policies and bonuses and the so called VIP manager Nick obviously doesn't know anything about client retention.

This casino has so many red flags...
1. They don't have any tools for responsible gambling. If you want to take a break or close your account you're on your own.
They refused multiple times to close my account as requested. Instead they offered bonuses to keep my playing.
2. The KYC process is inefficient and disrespectful to the player. The first step is easy and can be completed in 15 minutes.
However after submitting my withdrawal, they asked for extra info about my bank account and this is when things got complicated.
I submitted exactly what they asked and 24 hours later I got another email asking me for the same info. I figured maybe something was wrong with my screenshot so I tried again and they sent me the same email.
They don't give you any info about what's missing or what should be fixed. Support is useless and simply told me to try again.
3. They canceled my withdrawal 2 times with no communications, emails, notifications etc. Support is clueless and told me the withdrawal was on it's way even though the money was in my account.
4. They don't support time zones. I asked why my transactions were not showing up and support told me to wait a few hours !
