If you don't have a web camera then there is a suggestion that you can proceed on your phone where you will receive a qr code or link. The first time because it had "expired"? The second time without any reason it was canceled, I had to process it again, and chat with support who referred me to KYC, then I received another generic answer from KYC 2 days later saying its because I didn't meet the 3x wager rule.
