Immerion Casino - KYC delay and blocked withdrawals for 6200 EUR winnings
Hello,

I am having a serious issue with Immerion Casino regarding my KYC verification and blocked withdrawals.

I submitted all my KYC documents on October 21st, 2025, and I sent a follow-up email on October 22nd because I never received any confirmation or reply from their KYC department neither their support department.

Since then, I have contacted the live chat support several times, but they always give me the same automatic answer:
“Unfortunately, support agents are not able to verify players' documents. The KYC department will contact you soon.”

They refuse to give me any timeline or exact date, even though it has already been four days since I sent my verification documents.

Because of this delay, all my withdrawal requests have been cancelled, and my account currently allows me to play and deposit, but not to withdraw.

I have won around €6,200, and this situation is very stressful. I am also very concerned that, even after the verification is finally approved, they might continue to delay my withdrawals or process them in very small daily limits (€850 per day), which would make the full payment take weeks.

I have already lost around €600 of my winnings while waiting, because I could still play but not withdraw.

The KYC team amd the support team has not replied to any of my emails, and the live chat cannot escalate or assist beyond repeating the same message.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to help me get a clear and fair resolution — for my KYC to be completed and for my withdrawals to be processed without further unnecessary delays.

Immerion Casino - KYC approval pending for 6 weeks now not able to withdraw

I'm giving this casino a 2-star with the hope of upgrading it, should my problem be solved.

The casino is not allowing me to make a withdrawal, asking for KYC, which I submitted 3 weeks ago, and every day i send an email to support and also chat with customer service live, but there is no feedback yet. Live chat says KYC is handled by another department and that they will escalate the matter...

UPDATE: been 4 weeks now, and they sent me an email asking for a utility bill, which I sent, and then 4 days later, they asked for another utility bill, and this time I sent my bank statement. Let's wait and see how long this will drag. The site is down for maintenance for 3 days now

UPDATE2: 6weeks and nothing has changed. I go to chat every day and email them every day asking to make a live video call with me and to ask any questions they have, so I can have my account verified and be able to make a withdrawal. No answer, no reply!

Good choice of games. Different deposit methods.
Live chat but not helpful at all. The just tell you to be patient.

Almost impossible to withdraw. Need months of communication and assistance from third party sites in order ot withdrawal. Different reason like "provider check" with no clear time line. They do this so you can play during this time and loose the money you won fairly. If you want to withdraw choose another site.

Hello. KYC is delaying for a very long time and is not checking the documents. They asked for one document, after 2 weeks another, after 2 weeks another, and after 2 weeks another...They are deliberately delaying the procedure. They do not respond to letters and do not indicate whether the documents are suitable.. I have been waiting for over 2 months and still no answer.
