Long pending withdrawals are extremely difficult for me psychologically
I have already contacted support multiple times but I am only receiving repeated generic responses without a clear explanation or estimated payment time.
Because of my gambling addiction history, long pending withdrawals are extremely difficult for me psychologically, as they increase anxiety and temptation to cancel withdrawals and continue gambling. I specifically requested these withdrawals to secure my winnings and stop playing.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to review this situation and assist in ensuring that my withdrawals of 400€ and 422€ are processed and paid successfully.

For the purposes of clarity, Immerion provides estimated timeframe for withdrawals in Terms and Conditions, agreed upon on signup:
7.8. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment providers and methods Players use. Usually it can take up to 72 hours but not limited. Once a withdrawal has been processed successfully and released, a time period will apply depending on the payment method being used.
The withdrawals in question have been initiated on May 14th and have been fully processed by the team late yesterday, well within the provided timeframe. There are currently no pending withdrawal requests on player's account. As such, we are unable to understand the nature of this complaint as all operations were performed in accordance to the published Terms.
After processing of the withdrawals, the player's account has been permanently closed due to expressed addiction behavior in this thread, which has not been previously expressed by the player to us, in accordance to our responsible gambling policies.
