Gangsta Casino - Account closed with no warning

I opened my account with Gangsta Casino on 22 September, and their KYC department confirmed that my account was fully verified on 15 October with partial verification being completed on 12 October.

During my time with the casino, I deposited €650, took part in several promotions, received bonuses, and never had any issues with gameplay or communication.

The last contact I received from the casino was on 29 October, regarding some missing bonus spins. However, when I tried to log in today, I was met with a message saying “access denied.”

I contacted live chat support and spoke with Bianca, who appears to be the only support agent available for long stretches of time. During the chat, she abruptly closed the conversation, and the chat widget disappeared entirely from my browser window.

Assuming it was a technical issue, I reloaded the site in a different browser window — but Bianca simply replied, “your account has been closed forever,” and once again ended the chat immediately.

Since the casino’s chat system normally allows users to email themselves a copy of the conversation, I can only assume the chat was terminated this way to prevent me from saving the transcript.

I tried accessing the chat three more times (using a VPN to refresh the page so the widget would reappear), but each time, the chat was instantly closed again.

At this point, I have no idea why my account was closed.

I passed the full KYC verification.

The casino’s terms do not prohibit VPN use.

I’ve had no conflicts with staff and recent email communication as recently as four days ago.

Now, the casino is completely refusing to explain why my account has been closed — and is actively preventing me from obtaining a copy of our chat.

I did manage to take a screenshot showing that the chat was open and then disappeared within the same minute.

I would appreciate assistance from AskGamblers in getting a clear explanation and, if possible, the reinstatement or proper closure of my account with transparency regarding my balance and personal data.

Gangsta Casino - Withdrawal 140 EUR pending since October 16th

Hello,

I requested a withdrawal of €140 from my Gangsta Casino account on October 16, 2025, via Visa/MasterCard.

My account has been fully verified (KYC completed).

Despite several emails to the support team, the withdrawal has remained pending for more than 6 days.

I was told multiple times that it was "forwarded", but I have not received any update or payment.

I previously received a €90 withdrawal successfully in 3 days, so I know my payment method works correctly.

Now the support does not reply to my emails at all.

I am attaching a screenshot showing the pending withdrawal in my account.

Please help me resolve this issue and receive my payment.

Gangsta Casino - Over three weeks waiting for my money

I have three pending withdrawals. The dates I requested are from 5/5 to 14/5.

I've contacted them several times, and they come up with these frustrating, made-up explanations like: "The financial department processes requests in order of turn."

Do they mean they have so many withdrawal requests that it's not my turn after three weeks? Please answer that question, Gangsta! Shameless.

It's a total amount of 395+382+388= 1165 euro, plus I have 111 more in my balance I wish to withdraw, but can't because it's max three pending withdrawals you can have.

Please send them as well, so I can be done with you and find another casino.

Gangsta Casino - Withdrawal pending for a long time

Hi. I’m fully verified at this casino. I have an email that proves that. And the KYC-info on the website says it.

I did a withdrawal of €400 10th of may.

I asked for the status a couple of days later and they told me the waiting time is 3-5 days sometimes. I reached out again after a couple of days and they told me that the withdrawal was going to be handled 23th of may. Today is 26th of may and the status is still ”pending”. They haven’t responded on my last email. Today I have been waiting 17 days for my withdrawal. I have never played at a casino that has such a long waiting time even though you are verified.

Gangsta Casino - Withdrawal 400 EUR keeps on pending

On the 15th of October 2024, I requested a withdrawal from Gangsta Casino.

I used Neteller for a deposit, but was not possible to use it for withdrawal for unknown reasons. So I was informed I had to use a bank transfer. In total, I wanted to withdraw 500€. According to their terms maximum pr. Withdrawal is 400€ and maximum is 500€ pr. Day.

So I made two withdrawal requests, the first was for 400€ and 2nd was for 100€

After completing KYC, then they completed one of the withdrawal requests, for some reason they completed the 2nd withdrawal request of 100€ and it came to my account the next day.

And then since that, nothing has happened. I have contacted them multiple times via email and some of the responses feel like an automatic AI response. Always the same we are sorry for the delay we work very hard to process your payment as quickly as possible.

Now the last few emails have been saying they have some temporary technical issue with their payment department that is causing the delay.

I am writing my complaint here in the hope that it could speed up the process, but also to warn others what could happen if they choose to play here.

Gangsta Casino - No withdrawal 20000 euro

No payments for two weeks, applications are cancelled, the reason is unknown, support always writes different reasons.
Manually withdrew $400 once, although the application was in €.
Yesterday they wrote that they completely fixed the payment method, it turned out to be a scam. Every day I try to find out when the payment will come, they always say tomorrow and nothing comes the next day, the withdrawal limits are very small, with this speed I will receive the payment in at least 6 months.

Gangsta Casino - Withdrawal cancelled twice

I have completed the ridiculously complicated verification process - it took several days but I am verified.

I made the first withdrawal via bank transfer for €400. After a few days, I saw that it had 'failed' and the money was back in my casino account. No email to tell me this had happened nor the reason why.

I withdrew the amount again - this time to a visa card. After another couple of days the withdrawal had again 'failed' and the money returned to the account. Again no reason was given and no email to suggest a solution.

The live chat is not helpful as they say they cannot answer questions re withdrawals. The email responses from the finance team are sparse and unhelpful.

I would appreciate your intervention, please.

Gangsta Casino - Unpaid winnings

They do not respect their terms and conditions. From March they paid only 8 thousand. The unpaid amount is 50,400 thousand euros.

From August 21st, I still haven't received any payout. At the moment, they don't pay money anymore. When I apply for kyc, I always get the same answer that the money will be paid this week or there are possible delays. In any case, they don't pay money.

I feel they scamming me. Please help me withdraw my winning.

I really love this place! I’m hesitant to join casinos in fear of mass emails and empty promises, not at Gangsta! Friendly support, easy to use/navigate, fantastic selection of games as well! I highly recommend!

So far, nothing! Hope they continue to add new and more software providers! Sometimes I get lag or I have to reload the site but that’s not abnormal for newer sites!

The selection of games is very good at this casino, and it's allowance of using a VPN helps me play many of the games that elsewhere are not available for me to enjoy any more . The design and bonuses offered are also quite pleasing .

That I have yet to been able to win enough to make a withdrawal and leave a positive review for other people looking to play at this site, but I'm sure I will in no time, and then i will return with my experience :)

The site is ok but nothing groundbreaking. I could see the site working but get these vibes something is wrong. I know gambling is gambling but this is something else

Don't get me started. First of read T&C because it is weird. Looking past that you can't do a withdraw and get bonuses. Support can't tell you anything and just says "contact finance department". Then I may lost like 500 euro which is fine but on day one I won 150e. The KYC is so weird and keeps going with stuff like "write the same stuff you send but on paper" take pictures with every document. Then when you finally did all of this you think "now they will process withdraw" Nope just put money back to account without any mail. Support with same message "contact finance department tomorrow". Im pretty sure this site is a scam and be careful. Pick a better site. Even if they pay me this is not worth it and if it is not a scam I'm in chock this is the angle they operate
