I was playing at the Fonbet casino; on August 3rd, they requested that I submit my ID card (a photo of the ID next to my face), proof of address, etc.

I submitted everything, and they told me to check back after 72 hours.

I haven't been able to play, withdraw, or deposit funds—and I still can't do so to this day.

I tried making inquiries, but they blocked me afterwards.

I also tried asking for help via the chat function; they said they would send a note regarding my request, but I received no reply to that either, and then they blocked me there too—I can't get in touch with them at all. My money—79,706 forints—is stuck there.

I’ve been waiting for a response for 17 days now without hearing anything; I’ve read up on this, and usually, the process takes a maximum of 3 days for everyone else.

For some reason, they don't like me or don't want to verify my account, even though I submitted everything correctly.

I am requesting your assistance regarding my ongoing issue with Fonbet, as I believe I am being treated unfairly during the verification process and my withdrawal is being unnecessarily delayed.

I won approximately 180,000 HUF and submitted a withdrawal request. Instead of processing my withdrawal, Fonbet returned the funds to my gaming account and informed me that I had to complete identity verification.

I fully cooperated with every request they made.

First, I uploaded all the documents they requested. After reviewing them, an administrator informed me that my documents had been accepted and asked me to wait 72 hours while the verification was completed.

However, two days later, I was unexpectedly informed that the documents were no longer acceptable because they wanted original photos instead. The only reason was that I had previously transferred the images through Messenger, which changed the file information. As soon as they explained this, I immediately prepared and submitted original photos as requested.

Once again, I uploaded all the requested documents. Again, I was told that everything was fine and that I should wait another 72 hours.

Then, once again, after waiting, I was told to submit new photos.

At this point, I have already uploaded my verification documents three separate times, always following every instruction they gave me.

The biggest problem is not only the repeated requests, but the way Fonbet is handling the situation.

Every time they ask me to wait several days. Only after those days have passed do they tell me that something is supposedly wrong. They never explain the problem immediately.

Even more concerning, they refuse to tell me exactly what is wrong with my documents. They simply tell me to upload them again without identifying which document is problematic or what specific requirement has not been met.

Whenever I politely ask why my documents were rejected or what exactly is incorrect, the live chat is simply closed instead of answering my questions. I feel that my legitimate questions are being ignored, and I am not receiving the customer service that I would expect from a licensed gambling operator.

I have done everything they requested:

I submitted all requested verification documents.

I submitted original photos when they requested original images.

I followed every instruction immediately.

I waited every time they asked me to wait.

Despite my full cooperation, my withdrawal remains delayed, and I continue receiving repeated requests without any clear explanation.

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to investigate this case and assist me in obtaining:

a clear explanation of what, if anything, is wrong with my submitted documents;

completion of my account verification without further unnecessary delays;

processing of my withdrawal if my documents satisfy their verification requirements.

I believe every player deserves transparent communication and fair treatment. Unfortunately, my experience with Fonbet has been the opposite. Being repeatedly asked to wait several days, only to receive another vague request for new documents without any detailed explanation, is extremely frustrating and unfair.
