Depositing is not so easy as they are primarily Russian facing. In addition minimum amount for wire transfer cashout is 300, so that is not for everyone. Also to set limits you must send them an email, I would prefer to be able to do this via the in game menu. The casino is still a little bit "work in progress". Once they have that running it´s a 10/10.

I was a member for 4 days and all days the games from all providers I could play crashed within minutes. I had to reload most games within 20 spins and regularly I could not even open most games. Play n Go as well as Quickspin/Thinderkick are all not available to the Netherlands for some reason.

Most concerning is the fact that they were aware of the fact that the servers were down or not good but continued gameplay. Gameplay at Netent (as it should be) was restored after every glitch. Yggdrasil games however (at Everum) were not restored and two bonus games and 100+ basic spins were lost. (Even showing proof and printscreens of the events)

Customer support at first told me this was going to be restored once the issues were fixed and even thanked me for my patience and understanding. While one day later it was not possible to restore nor even offer a solution. In general very unprofessional in all ways.

Asi remember I made few deposits here took their bonuses but never had any luck. Now here come a part that should have never been in 2018.
I was able to play reddrake games there and I got freespins and won a small amount but still around 150x bet on "eastern goddesses". The freespins winnings were credited and i wanted to spin a couple times more. Then the game crashed. After reloading the game my winning were gone and I had the balance before I got my freespins. Therefore I contacted the support and it got worse. I asked them whats going on with gamecrashing and how winnings can be gone after reloading. The livechat took around 5-8 minutes to respond to a single question every time I had a question and they simple sad everything is fine in the gamehistory and there is nothing fishy. That made me mad so I just ask them for my gamehistory via email and I got it pretty fast and it showed an excel file which indeed didn't show any freespin winnings at all. After 5days of arguing about my winning vial email they asked reddrake what happened and in fact it was a technical problem and I got my winnings.

This kind of stuff should never ever happen to customers.
