Finally I have won at casino 777 and I have sent all information to prosses my withdraw ( 9000 euro and 2950 euro)

Casino 777 - Lies and delays in withdrawal

Hi In 9-08-2016 i registered at Casino 777, made several deposits up to a total of 1200€ manage to get my balance to 4800€ and requested a withdrawal i send all the required documents, according to their terms and conditions withdrawals can take up to 2 day to process, its been now 8 days and still havent been paid my winnings, somehow they refunded my deposits without my consent but thats ok, it is in their terms that they refund the deposits and pay the diference by bank transfer, but as far as my winnings nothing, So they owe me 3600€ every time i go to live chat is a diferent excuse, now they said that they have to verify me by a phone a call they promise that they will call me today between 11 and 12, but once again nothing, i had to lost my workday waiting for that call that they never do because i cant and wont awnser casino calls in my work, in live chat my messages are delivered and read but without reply Players be aware they dont care about costumers, they dont comply with their own terms and conditions.

Hello! I opened an account in Casino777 on 21 March. I received a no deposit bonus 25 EUR. I wagered my bonus completely and win 600 EUR. I made the deposit via Skrill and requested withdrawal. Then I have sent my ID documents. After some days my account has been locked! I dont understand why? Emails from them I didn`t receive. As I knew in live-chat they has been blocked my account because:

Im writing a new review, since Im the one being an idiot :-D I complained about the lack of response pr mail and thats because Im an idiot :-D I wrote the wrong mail adress, as Marcel pointed out. Will give a more detailed review, when I have played there.

Looking forward to play the many slots and providers.

My bad with the wrongfull mail. For now I will rate the casino based on the large selection of slots, their license and the decent bonus.

Their mail support doesn't work. I cannot get my docs verified. When I try to send a mail, it just returns my mail! Tried to ask live chat, but the guy didn't understand me. He just said something like "it is unfortunate" Very poor experience until now!!

An extensive collection of game providers, various payment options and live chat possibility. That's about it.

I played at this casino for some time, without bonuses because the wagering was too high for me. After some deposits I won and made a withdrawal. The pending time for the withdrawal is 48 hours, which is ridiculous and is only there so the chance of a reversal is bigger. I got no email whatsoever about any kind of verification, so I went ahead and send the KYC docs myself. After 3 days my account was still not verified, and chat told me that I would be called somewhere that day (there was no way to tell how late), for a telephonic verification.

Chat is not helpfull at all, response time is slow, but more important, there is no customerservice whatsoever (as mentioned in previous reviews).

Because of the extremely slow verification and payment process, combined with poor customer service and high wagering, I give this casino 2 stars. The only reason it doesn't get 1 star is because they do have a decent selection of games.

Dutch helpdesk.
After a security check they are willing to pay-out.
The wheel of adventure with nice bonuses.
When the slots give something, its often quite big.

The pending time is way to long in my opinion, websites like Voodoodreams pay-out after a minute! WHY??
The many errors i get while playing are to much. It's less then a couple of months ago, but not enough...
I miss some NETENT and WMS games.

Bonus system x30 play through like 10 years ago, old school design..again.. I felt traveling back to 2000's. All this could be just "ok".. but the real joke is about cashback system, what they so call "cashback" it's just a freebonus x30 before cashout..

Sounded quite good as I found this casino. It has a Belgium gaming license and they do have exactly the Slots I wanna play.

Well I started with the 100% first dep Bonus. You have to play through it 30x times to cashout. I had 50 Euro on my balance and played a slot. The first thing which was really suspicious: The slots lag a lot. That's pretty awesome. You have to be happy if you can play bout 4,5 rounds per minute. I tried different browsers and updated flash aswell. But it was the same. Never had such problems before. The strange thing is: In freespins everything runs normal and fast as you know it.

Well imagine to wager a 30x bonus with such a lag. It would take days then to play it through. I played a Nextgen Slot which normally gives you back a lot under game and gives you bonuses quite fast. Well my 50 Euro were gone in about 20 minutes without any win or Bonus game. I wasn't frustrated cause it simply can happen to lose sometimes.

Next day i tried another 50 Euro without a bonus. Played Nextgen again with a maximum stake of 0,50. 2 hours of permanent Autoplay and i got 4 or 5 bonus games. 1 X30 and the rest: X10 or lower. Didn't get any good win or something. The last 30 minutes was a permanent lose then.

Well bad luck or something else :)

The second thing is the Live chat. That's a f**** joke. My first question in Live chat was this one:

"Hy which documents do you need for account verification or possible withdrawals and where to send them?"

Answer after minutes: "That's correct".
Me: "Whats correct?"
Chat: "We need ID"
Me: "I already uploaded my passport. Don't you need something else for withdrawals?"
Chat: "Utility bill, bank statement,..."

He needed about 5 to 10 minutes to answer my simple question.

I sent all the required documents then and I had to find out the mail address on my own. ^^

Well I closed my account then. Sending them a Mail again. Hope that this will work now.

Nice website and a lot of games but never get freespins or credits!

I was playing on the game of Amazon Battle and the game was doing good. All of the sudden all the rolls were turning and turning and didn't open anymore.

I contacted support and they said that I had to clear the cache which I did and logged out and in but the game never re-opened!!! I know for sure that they shut down the game or did something so that I lost all my money. All other games I could open and were doing fine except for this one!

Very strange but in the end it's a computer your playing with and they can be set right? I warn everybody not to play here in this casino because you will loose your money!
