I played at this casino for some time, without bonuses because the wagering was too high for me. After some deposits I won and made a withdrawal. The pending time for the withdrawal is 48 hours, which is ridiculous and is only there so the chance of a reversal is bigger. I got no email whatsoever about any kind of verification, so I went ahead and send the KYC docs myself. After 3 days my account was still not verified, and chat told me that I would be called somewhere that day (there was no way to tell how late), for a telephonic verification.
Chat is not helpfull at all, response time is slow, but more important, there is no customerservice whatsoever (as mentioned in previous reviews).
Because of the extremely slow verification and payment process, combined with poor customer service and high wagering, I give this casino 2 stars. The only reason it doesn't get 1 star is because they do have a decent selection of games.

Sounded quite good as I found this casino. It has a Belgium gaming license and they do have exactly the Slots I wanna play.
Well I started with the 100% first dep Bonus. You have to play through it 30x times to cashout. I had 50 Euro on my balance and played a slot. The first thing which was really suspicious: The slots lag a lot. That's pretty awesome. You have to be happy if you can play bout 4,5 rounds per minute. I tried different browsers and updated flash aswell. But it was the same. Never had such problems before. The strange thing is: In freespins everything runs normal and fast as you know it.
Well imagine to wager a 30x bonus with such a lag. It would take days then to play it through. I played a Nextgen Slot which normally gives you back a lot under game and gives you bonuses quite fast. Well my 50 Euro were gone in about 20 minutes without any win or Bonus game. I wasn't frustrated cause it simply can happen to lose sometimes.
Next day i tried another 50 Euro without a bonus. Played Nextgen again with a maximum stake of 0,50. 2 hours of permanent Autoplay and i got 4 or 5 bonus games. 1 X30 and the rest: X10 or lower. Didn't get any good win or something. The last 30 minutes was a permanent lose then.
