Pretty much all of the games including Big Bass Splash are 'not playable in my jurisdiction' yet I can play them all on other casinos. Parts of the site were not useable, almost like it is an unfinished site. The Games I could play were not returning me any winnings, and yes I understand this is RNG but games played like a sport book site more than a casino.
Support were not helpful at all and didnt know why this was happening, and at first didnt even acknowledge that I had free spins that were unplayable, now I have to wait up to 5 days to get an email regarding my unplayable spins. So deposit and bonus money aswell as (right now) spins all lost to faulty site through no fault of my own.
