Well. I guess a decent/good selection of games and good website layout give it potential. But other than that, the negatives are not worth it. Especially when you can’t get your winnings.
Poor customer service. When I first signed up, I asked if I could get verified and they said no need. Once I made my withdrawal, they started asking, but luckily, they didn’t take too long to verify. Very poor withdrawal times. They say it takes up to 48 hours to process withdrawals, yet mine has taken over that time and I still get the same copy-and-paste responses that it’s in queue and it will be processed soon. I’m not sure how everyone is having a different experience because I have not seen these “fast withdrawals”. Any other casino takes minutes or an hour at worst to process Interac withdrawals. I’m not sure why I made the mistake of trying this one out based on fake reviews. Despite everything, if my withdrawal is processed, I will update my review to a more positive one.
