Avoid BetLabel at all costs! On August 13th, 2026, I contacted their support via live chat to set a deposit limit/restriction due to spending concerns. The agent redirected me to email block!betlabel.com with my ID, which I sent immediately.
They completely ignored my Responsible Gambling request and left my account unrestricted. As a result, I was allowed to continue depositing over 6800 RON (1300 EUR) between August 13th and August 15th.
When I requested a refund for these deposits due to their failure in their duty of care, they sent me automated replies threatening to block my email address. I have filed formal complaints with casinoGuru and regulatory authorities. They do not respect Responsible Gambling policies or player safety!
