On **19/04/2026**, I made a **deposit of ₹39,000** using the **PhonePe payment option** on 4rabet. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but **the funds have not been credited to my 4rabet account**, even after **24 hours**.

I have been using my 4rabet account since 2022 and all of a sudden my withdrawals have been getting declined again and again without any notice or email from 4rabet and I have a current account balance of 181,911 INR in my 4rabet account.

I have contacted 4rabet Live support but they seem to be either offline as they respond back with same bot automated response everytime I contact them and ask them to help me with my issue and most of the times they don't respond back to my concern about not being able to withdraw my funds since long time now.

My account was permanently closed after a failed verification attempt. The selfie verification failed due to low lighting conditions and was not intentional.
I completed all bonus wagering requirements before attempting withdrawal. After submitting verification, I was not given another opportunity to retry KYC. Instead, my account was permanently banned.

"I am reporting a missing withdrawal of ₹73,300 from 4raBet, which was initiated on 28/11/2025.
The operator marked the status as 'Paid Out' and provided a receipt with Reference ID 25332/268312, but the UTR field in that receipt is blank. My bank (Airtel Payments Bank) officially confirmed via email on 03/01/2026 that this reference number is not traceable and no funds have been received in my account.
I have already submitted the bank's written confirmation and my full statement to 4raBet multiple times, but they continue to give me automated replies asking for 'patience'. I had a very bad and disappointing experience with 4ra Bet.
On 07/12/2025 at around 08:15 AM, an amount of ₹20,500 was automatically deducted from my wallet, and the system showed the status as “Paidout” even though I NEVER placed any withdrawal request.
The transaction was assigned a Token ID: 967uAYwhjiglggjotx3p02kEs0SmwdU5,
UUID: 456a963d-3d51-4baf-afd5-91c8e83c238f
But no amount was credited to my bank account, which is clearly confirmed in my bank statement. Even though I mailed every detail with bank statement there is no response from support team and chat. I contacted my bank customer care for any issues with my account but they clarified that there is no issue with my account. I immediately contacted email support and live chat, but there has been absolutely no response so far. This shows how poor and irresponsible their customer support is when it comes to serious issues involving user money.
I have experience playing on multiple reputable international platforms like Stake, Dafabet, and BC.Games, and I have never faced such an issue anywhere else. What happened on 4ra Bet is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about fund safety and transparency. Deducting money from a user’s wallet without authorization, marking it as paid out, and then not crediting it to the bank account looks extremely suspicious.
