I am trying to withdraw my funds but the system automatically closes the request after sometime without any reason.

I tried to reach their support but there is no response. Also I am unable get any mail notifications from the casino, nor am I able to get any otp etc. In spite of my email being verified.

On 25th July 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000.

The casino instantly updated my dashboard status to "Paid Out". However, it has been over 16 days, and no funds have been credited to my bank account.

When I requested the mandatory 12-digit UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) or RRN number as financial proof of the transfer, the casino's support team repeatedly failed to provide it. Instead, they have been using stalling tactics.

Initially, they blamed "external payment providers," and recently, a customer support manager named Lior sent me a generic automated response stating they are "thoroughly reviewing" the case. I have kept the Curaçao Gaming Authority ([email protected]) in copy on all previous emails, but 4raBet continues to ignore regulations and withhold my money without any valid proof of payment.

16 days have passed without any resolution.

I kindly request that your platform officially log this dispute against Ticket ID SUP-1673437, intervene with 4raBet management, and help me recover my funds.

I deposited 2000 INR in 28th of July 2026 and time was around 9:37 am.

It got deducted from my bank balance but not credited to my game balance.

I waited like 24hrs and then mailed them they said please keep patience we are working on it and forwarded your case to highest priority.

I kept emailing them like daily but got same response. Today it's been more than 11 days and I'm still getting the same emails to wait.

This isn't fair to wait that long even they are not giving me information for how long to wait. Always bots reply and it's frustrating.

Please help me get my money back as a refund or to my game balance. I will be grateful to you.

Hello Team,

On 17th July I deposited 5000 through my 4rabet gaming account even though I did the payment successfully through phonepe deposit method; the money was not credited to my gaming account.

Everytime I reach out to web chat, gmail and telegram the response I'm getting an automated bot response like under review, checking with highest priority but no solution.

It's been 10 days; let me tell you it's a upi transaction which is instant. If I assume it failed the refund should be credited in 48 hours, whereas I didn't get any refund.
