Before applying, there's one important thing to know: successful applicants will be paid live during a recorded video call, which will be published as part of the campaign. The idea is to keep the process transparent and provide public proof that players who were previously left without their winnings have finally been paid.
Who Is Eligible?
To qualify, your AskGamblers complaint must have been fully reviewed and closed as Unresolved. Complaints that are still open or in progress will automatically be rejected.
The disputed amount must be between $1,000 and $10,000 USDC. Claims above $10,000 are not eligible. Cashy will pay a maximum of $10,000 USDC per approved case, while only one case may be submitted per person.
All It Takes Is Three Steps

- Visit Cashy's Justice Fund page and complete the application form. It only takes a few minutes.
- Wait for Cashy Casino to verify your details and review your complaint. The eligibility review can take up to 96 hours, with a final decision then made within 5 to 7 business days.
- If approved, you’ll join a recorded video call and receive the disputed amount live, up to a maximum of $10,000 USDC. The recording will be published publicly.
