Stakelogic, a leading software provider to the iGaming industry, has kicked off the new year in style by obtaining the coveted ISO 27001 certification for its burgeoning live casino product, launched mid-2021.
An expert third-party auditor review has proven that the product complies with a series of robust and rigorous data protection procedures.
New Year, New Certification
As the iGaming industry is experiencing New Year fatigue and providers are mostly quiet, Stakelogic made a breakthrough by announcing newly obtained ISO 27001 certification.
Following an in-depth review carried out by a third-party auditor, the provider has managed to clinch the certification that guarantees that assets, including financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted by third parties, are secure.
With the ISO certificate in its pocket, operators and players can rest assured that Stakelogic follows the highest standards of information security.
Both operators hosting Stakelogic’s live casino products and players who enjoy them can rest assured that the information security management systems Stakelogic has put in place are among the safest in the industry.
Certification Comes as No Surprise
Commenting on the news, Stakelogic CEO Stephan van den Oetelaar, said that although the provider is proud to have obtained accreditation, “the accreditation came as no real surprise to anyone here at Stakelogic,” noting that the development has “simply formalised the outstanding data management policies and procedures that we’ve had in place for some time.”
Stakelogic first obtained ISO 27001 accreditation two years ago, van den Oetelaar reminded, adding that the new product was “now officially been able to follow suit,” the CEO said.
Stakelogic Live was successfully launched in June 2021, with the Malta studio opening in October. At the time, the provider said that it sought to transition from a B2B slot provider to a supplier of casino entertainment for all stakeholders, including players.
Within its live product offering, Stakelogic boasts several games, including blackjack, baccarat and two versions of roulette.
