SOFTSWISS Anti-Fraud Team Saves Its Clients Nearly €3M in Q1 2022

SOFTSWISS Managed Services announced that its Anti-Fraud team had managed to save over €2.8 million for its clients in the first three months of the year, resolving a total of more than 75 major complaints.

Focused on Improvement

Thanks to the constant improvement of the anti-fraud checks, SOFTSWISS Anti-Fraud team allowed its partners to save significant financial resources in the first quarter of 2022.

According to SOFTSWISS, the sum of confiscations in 2021 was over €14 million, jumping 40% year-over-year.

“The results of our work demonstrate that we are focused on improving our services literally month by month,” said Anastasia Vyshinskaya, Anti-Fraud Team Lead.

“Therefore, we’re looking for new tools to provide the highest level of anti-fraud support. For instance, one of the novelties we’re working on with our R&D teams is introducing artificial intelligence into the team’s work processes in order to move away from manual checks,” Vyshinskaya pointed out.

Anti-Fraud is one of six SOFTSWISS Managed Services, the multi-function department covering primary B2C customer support services for online casino and sports betting brands. Apart from the Anti-Fraud team, the department includes 24/7 First Line Support, VIP Player Support, Player Retention, Player Reactivation, and the newly launched Content Management Services.
