Push Gaming delighted players in several key regulated markets following the announcement that it had signed “a major partnership” with Scientific Games.
The deal will allow the BTB provider to strengthen its position in the UK and Sweden, as well as pave the way for the US states and Canada.
Increasing Tier-One Profile
If you're a member at leading UK brands like 32Red and 888, will from now on be able to play Push Gaming’s award-winning titles, such as Jammin' Jars 2 slot, Fire Hopper slot, or Bison Battle slot, while the upcoming release, Mount Magmas, will also be at the disposal of these operators.
Among the two key regions where Push Gaming will increase its tier-one profile are the United Kingdom and Sweden. The deal will also serve as a global shop window for a number of regulated markets, including the US and Canada, the two markets identified by Push Gaming as “fit for its products and future growth plans.”
Commenting on the deal, Fiona Hickey, Head of Sales at Push Gaming, said that 2021 was “a fantastic year for us and has seen us grow our presence with leading tier-one operators in our core regulated markets."
Describing the partnership with Scientific Games as “bespoke” Hickey noted that it will allow Push “to reach additional partners that will see us continue our trajectory as a top supplier in these key regions.”
The news comes on account of a hugely successful year for Push Gaming: the provider was named laureate of several prestigious awards in 2021, including the Casino Beats Game Developer Awards and Game of the Year at the 2021 SiGMA Europe Awards.
Delivering Thrills to Millions of Players
Meanwhile, Scientific Games shared this enthusiasm. Steve Mayes, Partnership Director at Scientific Games for iGaming added that SG is always looking to “provide entertainment that delivers thrills to millions of players, which is why we source the best games from the most progressive studios like Push Gaming.
“We’ve had an excellent year, with some of the best content we’ve ever had, and this deal is a continuation of that. We’re delighted to join forces with Push,” Mayes stressed.
Last year was hugely successful for SG, too, with the company acquiring a number of studios, such as Lightning Box and ELK Studios. At the same time, it also saw expansion into new markets, such as the Colombia entry in August.
