Evolution added yet another powerful studio to its massive portfolio after entering an agreement to acquire Nolimit City in a deal worth €200 million. Following several earn-outs, the whole acquisition could amount to €340 million.

Commenting on the deal, Evolution said that the acquisition is in line with its “strategy of being the world’s number one provider of online casino games,” following the purchases in recent years, including NetEnt, Red Tiger and Big Time Gaming.
“With the addition of Nolimit City to the Evolution family, we extend our portfolio of truly innovative and cutting edge games from the top brands and game makers in the industry,” said Jens von Bahr, Chair of Evolution.
“I am proud that yet another of the very best minds in our industry has chosen to join the Evolution network,” von Bahr noted.
Meanwhile, Co-Founder of Nolimit City Jonas Tegman, said that he “cannot think of a better match between two companies than between Nolimit City and Evolution.
