Summer months are usually relatively quiet: no big conferences or major releases, with software providers planning their next big move. Not Booming Games, though.
The studio was busy as a hamster on a spinning wheel, fortifying its presence in one of the biggest and fastest-developing gambling markets in the world - the African continent.
From East to South Africa
First news of expansion this season came in June, when Booming Games announced a partnership with Odibets, a prominent global operator and a significant player among Kenyan casinos and Ghanaian gambling sites.
Thanks to the content deal with Odibets, East African players can now enjoy Booming Games' premium content and recent hit titles like Burning Classics, Buffalo Hold and Win Extreme, 64 Gold Coins Hold and Win, or Cash Pig.
Odibets deal brought over a hundred Booming Games titles to East African punters.
Then, in early July, Booming Games took another step in strengthening its presence on the continent, sealing a deal with Bitville Gaming, one of the leading casino and betting operators in South Africa and emerging markets.
Finally, late last month, another partnership was forged, this time with Betway, the famous British gambling company with a presence around the world. Betway, which debuted in South Africa in 2017, was the perfect choice for Booming and its African ambitions, having a fresh path open to players via Jackpot City Casino.
Expanding Presence One Market at a Time
Various African markets don't complete the list of jurisdictions where Booming either entered or strengthened its foothold in previous months: most recently, the studio entered the Greek market after it obtained a provider's licence and expanded into the Netherlands via Starcasino.nl.
