This new idea can help players with problems like slow internet connections and VPN restrictions. Reducing the game file size directly affects the loading time, which is an important customer service KPI in online casinos today.

The BGaming software development team made an algorithm that allowed the graphics to be compressed without much or any loss of quality.
Depending on the size and type of the original image, the algorithm figures out how much quality loss is acceptable and then compresses the image in the right way.
The script automatically makes the images smaller, so you don't have to do anything.
The average size of a BGaming game file went from 16.4 Mb to 7.3 Mb, and the studio's heaviest slot, which was 38 Mb, lost 51% of its size and became two times faster to load.
Now, 70% of BGaming's games weigh less than 10Mb, but the quality of the graphics for the end user hasn't changed, and you can't tell that the games have been compressed by looking at them.

This new technology can help casino operators get around VPN restrictions or Internet connection problems so players can play smoothly. It means that the number of new players will go up, the number of games that won't finish or get interrupted will go down, and overall engagement will go up.
