Las Vegas USA Casino - Casino not paying me

I have been a player on this site for a long time and lost countless deposits totalling thousands and thousands of dollars. I deposit using BTC and never take bonuses so that I never have to worry about meeting rollovers or sending in copies of credit cards. I was playing video poker and finally won $3k I went to withdraw and found out you can only withdraw $1k max via BTC. Well that's my fault for not checking beforehand. I then found out I can request multiple $1k requests and they will pay two of them together. As soon as I requested payout I got emails from support saying I now needed to send in ID and a utility bill even though I deposited via BTC and had no credit card. I didnt care so I sent them the docs they required same day and I also received a call from their security dep and verified what they needed. I was told that my acc was verified and that I would be paid now. This is where support started becoming harder to reach, they would ignore my chat requests and 5 days in a row I asked to speak to a supervisor and 5 straight days I was told no I couldn't speak to one. I was told they were waiting on their 3rd party payment processor to send their next batch of payments. I simply asked them for a date of when that would be and they could not give me an answer. If they truly had a processor that was making these payments it should not be a big deal to say the next batch will go out in 2 days or a week or 2 weeks or however long as long as they stuck to that. What casino can't give you any time frame at all as to when your payout will go out? I also then found this site and saw multiple complaints from players also waiting on payouts that were told the exact same thing for months and months.

I tried to chat with support again and again simply asking for a date or a supervisor which they couldn't help with. On one chat the text did get a little heated and Maybe they would consider what I said rude as I asked the operator how they sleep at night knowing they take deposits but don't pay out withdrawals and a few other things along the same lines. I can't help but get angry. It is a rare thing to win gambling so to win and not get paid is the most annoying thing that could ever happen.

This place has been great. They have an abundance of games and they run smoothly. The customer service is very good, they are always available and they respond quickly. I requested a payout and it was finished in 6 days. Very prompt.

This place is a top notch casino and I recommend it.

I am like its user interface. It bridges the gap between friendly and mature. With this I commend the website builder/designer. Best of all, I appreciate how generous its bonuses are. They are too good to be true, in fact.

I don’t understand why the site’s games take so long. At first I thought it had something to do with my internet connection. After several tries, I realised it wasn’t my phone nor the internet connection’s problem. Then, good thing that I skimmed other customers’ reviews who just have had my experience.

Not picky with the user-interface but I think they can still do better. It feels like I am playing at an old site… which made it look suspicious. It is a good thing that they have a lot of bonuses and even a loyalty program.

I just hope that they will add more payment methods, games, and eventually upgrade their site. It lacks a lot of aspects and looks too plain compared to other sites.

I won money very quickly and there are many games to choose from.

I requested a payout of $2000 on Oct 12 via ACH as it says it has a limit of $2500. For whatever reason they needed to split my withdrawal into 2 $1000 payments. Okay whatever, they have sequential payout IDs so I figure they’d be paid out together.

I had to reach out to the security team after a week of silence in order to ask how to validate my account. They were very helpful but had I not taken it upon myself to reach out who knows how much longer this would have taken.

After 15 days I finally got paid out my $1000. Oh but it was only $980 even though It says ACH withdrawals are free. Whatever I just wanted my money. I wait a few more days for my other half of my payout and I hear nothing. I contact live chat every few days who continue telling me “your payout is authorized and in que waiting to be processed as soon as possible” it’s now been 25 BUSINESS DAYS since my initial request and I have yet to be paid. I spoke with them today and they told me 25 days is about the average wait time. I don’t understand why they split my payout when the ACH limit is $2500.

I will NEVER use Las Vegas USA again. What Is the fun in playing if you never get your winnings?

I won money! I liked how the game was laid out. They have a chat feature so you can get to talk to someone fairly easily.

I was refused my payout.Apparently my initial funding via a credit card did not go through on their end. However I was able to gamble with what I had funded my account with.I won money and tried to get a payout. They initially made be jump through some hoops to verify I was who I am(?) and then said it would be 2-3 weeks before I received my money. 2-3 weeks later I contacted them and they said that my initial funding didn't go through so if I sent them more money, they would pay me my winnings. Har har. I don't think so.

STAY AWAY!!!

I had a big $5000 win on playing slots on Las Vegas USA a week ago. I have not received my money, and they tell me it will probably be a month before they are able to process my money and I do receive it. I'm beginning to worry I may never see it. It was a hassle just to get them to move the payout from their security team into their financial department. I do realize that providing proof of identity is standard practice at on-line casinos. I had to submit copies of photo ID, credit card used, a bill proving place of residence, and a hand signed agreement in order for the request to go from the security department to the finance department for processing. They even managed to squeezed an extra 1/2 day out of the process because they claimed that the first set of copies of my ID weren't clear enough and I had to provide clearer one in order for the process to move forward. You know, I'm not a gun person so I've never gone through the process of passing a background check in order to buy one. But I gotta think it's easier then getting Las Vegas USA to move your payout from their security team to their finance team. So I thought I was in the clear and that Las Vegas USA would get my payment processed and to me in a few more days. I thought wrong.

After seeing hundred to thousand of negative reviews and formally submitted complaints on-line (specifically about Las Vegas USA) I got worried and thought it best to be a little proactive and take action.

I submitted formal complaints against Las Vegas USA with Casinomeister.com, AskGamblers.com, ThePOGG.com, and Casino Players Reports. For those unfamiliar, these are sites that help on-line gamblers find reputable on-line casinos. They also act as a third party operator - helping people deal with issues they encounter while gambling at less then reputable casinos.

So why would I gamble at a less then reputable casino? Because I didn't do my homework before joining an on-line casino. I googled something like "best on-line casinos", went to the first one that had a 10 star rating, joined, and started gambling. Being naive I never stopped to think that some of those sited just might be partially funded by less then reputable casinos that pay the site for stars - just guessing now, but the more money the pay I bet the more stars they get. I think I put a link somewhere in this post to one of the sites that gives Las Vegas USA 10 stars and duped me into joining Las Vegas USA.

Getting back to my issue with Las Vegas USA. Like I said I posted formal complaints at the aforementioned sites (Casinomeister.com, AskGamblers.com, ThePOGG.com, and Casino Players Reports). The representative from Casino Players Reports contacted Las Vegas USA concerning my issue getting paid and sent me a message with the response he got from Las Vegas USA. It is not good news.

Las Vegas USAresponse is that it will be about a month before they are able to process my request - there must be a lot of other frustrated Las Vegas USA customers out there. They also told the representative that there is no way for them to make an exception and move my payout request to the front of the queue for immediate processing. A month?!?! How do they think this is believable? I mean they have no inventory to pick, pack,and ship. Nothing for them to assemble. All they have is to act with some decency, honor their side of the deal, process a transaction, and and send the customer the payout. It might take me a month to receive a customized Tesla that I order, it should take a few minutes to process a financial transaction.

Las Vegas USA and Mainstreet Affiliates (< external link removed >) must severely underestimate the intelligence of their clientèle. Aside from being completely shady, it is their business strategy that is not smart. Think about... had they sent me the money in a reasonable amount of time, I would have taken some of those winnings and put it back into their casino, giving them the chance to make there money back (or more).
I will gamble on-line again - I like Bovada.lv (< external link removed >) and will probably do business with them. But I will never spend another cent at Las Vegas USA or at any of the other casinos that are part of Mainstreet Affiliates. Furthermore, if the had honored there side of the deal, I wouldn't be on-line trying to help others avoid Las Vegas USA. Who knows, they may be robbing me of $5000, but they might be robbing themselves of $50,000 or more.

I hope this will convince fellow gamblers to steer clear of Las Vegas USA casino and the other Mainstreet Affiliates casinos so that when these gamblers do win they can simply enjoy the win and not have deal with the hassle of fighting for your money like myself and so many others.

I love the ease of navigation thru the site, and the platform is nice, games do not look generic.

As soon as I began using my credit card with this company, my credit card was compromised. Several charges from unknown vendors hit my credit card. My bank issued another card which was fine until I used it once again at this casino. Once again the card was compromised.
I requested a payout, and after it sitting in the withdrawal area for 1 week I contacted customer service to find out how long it would be for the funds to process, I spoke with 3 different agents who gave me different answers regarding the process. After 2 weeks I attempted to contact the financial team with no luck I waw transferred by Marion K. I waited 48 minutes and the chat was ended.
I believe the games are rigged, I played on the remainder balance after my withdrawal request, and the balance went down from there, no more wins at all, I counted 37 hands on poker in a row and not 1 was a winning hand.
Attempts to contact the security team regarding my card being compromised and the licensure were unsuccessful, I was given an email address during a chat session, however, the email was not deliverable. I reached out again and was transferred to security by Joseph, however, I waited in que for 56 minutes and then the chat once again the session ended.
I would not play here, the customer service is not good.

Lots of games but the same as other sites. Started out liking it and then it all went downhill

I cashed out $1000 after finally winning after playing for a month. It's been 33 days and 4 weeks (business days) I was told it was approved after sending ALL of my personal documents. (don't I feel like a fool.) I'm in queue with their financial dept for over an hour (when it says wait time is 10 minutes) only to all of a sudden get a message that the finance dept is no longer available or I get disconnected and then back in queue, waiting again. None of the other departments will help and I can't even get info on where to send feedback to this gaming group.

This casino has been around for years and reviews weren't bad, before, but not sure about their rating now. I would not recommend this casino to anyone after this experience. I have jumped through all of their hoops and I can't even get a straight answer. This has ruined my whole online gaming experience and will no longer WASTE money playing. I can't imagine what someone who wins big actually goes through. Their chat group, whoever they're affiliated with is TERRIBLE and no help. Different information from everyone you talk to. Either this company is a scam, or their system is far to easily accessible to hackers. I believe that the company itself is a fraudulent operation due to the unreasonable amount of personal info needed to process a deposit. I have never been asked for my SSN info to use a credit card. EVER! Until now... However, after seeing this company reviewed on Wizardofodds.com, I decided to trust it.

When I made my initial deposit, everything was fine. I was able to use the funds immediately to start playing. All was well.

A couple of hours later I got a text, email and a phone call from my credit card provider warning me about suspected fraudulent charges.

My initial deposit amount was never actually collected my the casino, however about a dozen charges AROUND the value of my approved deposit were collected from China. Some were a penny or two less. Some were a few bucks more or less. Etc. Never the correct amount.

Then the casino contacted me saying that there was a problem with my card and they hadn’t received any of my deposit.

Gotcha! I’m a total sucker. My card has been shut off by the CC company but the casino has enough of my person info to sell to make my life a nightmare. Who knows what will happen next...

Nothing I like about them at all. At first they were friendly but later, they play games and aren't honest about the withdrawal process!

I recommend anyone of you not to join lasvegasusa because their payout takes forever! I waited 5 days for them to process the payout but all they did was pending! I had 4K and I told them to please process but to no avail! You know what is funny, they get their money fast but they don't pay out fast! They knew we don't have patience to wait more than 3 days so we keep playing and lose all back! Don't play LasVegasUSA also their max bet is ONLY 250 dollars. Some casinos are willing to increase the bet but not las vegas usa...they said, sorry unfortunately we can't increase! You can't win with limit bet of 250 on blackjack and some games! 2 thumbs down on las vegas usa!
