I have received the same response from their support that the delay in payout is the fault of their payment processor but 5 weeks is rediculous. I have continued to follow up every single week since I first put in the request and I get the same response, that it’s not their fault. I have to wait my turn, and that is ridiculous. They have continued to say that everything else is fine. I have asked them for the regulatory agency that oversees them and they refuse to give me that information and they don’t have it on their website.
