Twin Happiness

The old Twin Spin game from NetEnt made it big some years back and is still very popular nowadays, in spite of being much older. Well, you know how it is, if a game is good, it will always remain good, even over many number the years. Not surprisingly, the game designers decided to convert Twin Spin into an Oriental-themed one, perhaps hoping for one more successful venture, and so here comes Twin Happiness. Yep, the game should bring two times of happiness like before, but does it?

To put it very briefly, Twin Happiness is nothing more than a direct clone of Twin Spin, with a change of the high symbols to reflect its oriental influence. The win values of the symbols and the overall paytable remains the same, however, after giving this cloned game a few tries, I suspect that the game algorithms underwent some minor amendments, because Twin Happiness does not really play or pay like the old Twin Spin! Meaning, it doesn’t play as interestingly or as good! Maybe I’m wrong with my perceptions, maybe some of you did get nice big wins from this game, so whatever I say here would purely be my own opinions.

Firstly, just let me say that the overall presentation of this Twin Happiness game isn’t as lively or as good-looking as its originator. In fact, it kind of looked rather dated to some years back! The overall reddish hues used for the symbols and the background scenario are also not as attractive, well, to me at least. But of course, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but it certainly isn’t in mine, hehehe.

Without going into boring repetitive details about the game, as most of us have already become so familiar with Twin Spin, suffice for me to say that I did not enjoy playing Twin Happiness at all, not even in the least bit, as strange as it may sound! Somehow, the game play was slightly different, the payouts seem to be diluted, the synchronised reels doesn’t give good results most of the time, and nothing from the game brought me any happiness at all! In short, I couldn’t even get a simple 50x win from my few play sessions, and with that, I’m saying “bye-bye” Twin Happiness!
