Okay, here we go again with another repetition...if you've played Titans of the Sun Hyperion or Theia, then consider yourself as having played this Secret Romance too. They play the same way, they pay the same way too. Only the symbols have changed. At first, I was thinking this might be a clone of Immortal Romance, which would have been a much better offering, and I was totally disappointed when it wasn't. Titans of the Sun game isn't my favourite, so it's not possible for Secret Romance to be one of my favourites too.

Getting 3 or more Scatter symbols trigger 14 free spins without any multiplier and cannot be retriggered. Sheesh! There's also a Mystery symbol that can transform into any other symbol, including into a Wild symbol during the free spins, but not in the base game. These Mystery symbols are stacked on the reels, and getting 5 full reels of stacked Mystery symbols is the only way to get that 15 Scatter symbols for that 1200x total bet win. Yep, it's a once-in-a-lifetime win, no doubt about that.

During the free spins, getting 3 or more of the Scatter symbols increases the multiplier by +1x, up to a maximum of 5x. Get 15 Scatters with a 5x multiplier and you'll win 1200x total bet x5, for a 6,000x total bet win. How the maximum possible win of 1,800,000 coins, or 18,000x the total bet amount, can be achieved, I simply cannot figure out! Can it be possible at all to get 15 Scatters 3 times in one single Free Spins game? Hmm, go figure! Or is all this just another typical hype?

Playing this Secret Romance game is nothing different from playing the Titans of the Sun game. Everything plays and pays the same way. Those Mystery symbols can produce some nice good wins at the right time, but at most other times, they can suck too. The Free Spins game can take well over 300 spins before they come, so better be prepared with a good starting bankroll before you play this game. Nope, Secret Romance cannot be one of my favourite games. What I've gotten so far are only empty promises with small payouts.
