Before you set the sails forward, you should adjust your betting range. By clicking on "Total Bet" button you can set the bets which range from 0.20 to 100. By clicking on "Autoplay" you will set the reels turning automatically without interruption for a chosen number of times, and next to autoplay button you will see "Spin" button which will set the reels in motion.
The game has no Wild, but it does have a Mystery Charm symbol. Mystery Charm can transform into any symbol on the reels except into the Bonus Scatter symbol.
Mystery Charm symbol appears on the reels 1 through 3 in the base game, and it can trigger the Mystery Charm Respins feature. Once triggered, all Mystery Charm symbols will lock in place and the reels will respin. If one or more symbols land on the reels during the respin, they will also get locked in place, and another respin will be awarded.
On any base game spin there is a chance that a Mystery Spin will be triggered. During the Mystery Spin there will be more Mystery Charms which will increase the chance of triggering Mystery Charm Respins feature.
Ship is the Bonus Scatter symbol, and once you land 3 or more on the reels, you will trigger the Stormy Free Spins feature. Once triggered you will be awarded with 10 spins. If a Mystery Charm symbol lands on the reels during the feature, it will remain locked in place. For every full stack of Mystery Charms that you land during the feature, you will get awarded with additional 2 spins.

Not many games with 243 ways to win would have a minimum starting bet of just 0.20, but this Pirate’s Charm game from Pragmatic Play has it – so I like this. However, that’s about the only thing that I do like about this game, simply because everything else sucks! Why? Well, there are no Wild symbols, the Scatter symbols don’t pay either, the top Pirate symbol pays only 5x the total bet, and finally, the free spins don’t have any win multiplier at all. Sheesh! What it does offer instead is a locking Mystery Charm symbols to produce good wins. Good wins but not big wins!
The Mystery Charm symbol can transform into any of the regular symbols, and getting them on reels 1, 2 and 3 triggers the Mystery Charm Respins feature, whereby the Mystery Charm symbols get locked in position and a Respin is given. New appearing Mystery Charm symbols will also lock in position and the Respin would continue, until no new one appears. A Mystery Spin feature can also be randomly activated in the base game, giving a chance for triggering the Mystery Charm Respin feature.
During the free spins, any appearing Mystery Charm symbol becomes sticky for the duration of the free spins, and when they become fully stacked on a reel, +2 free spins would be added, up to 10 free spins more. I don’t really like or appreciate this part, simply because it wouldn’t be easy to fully stack up any one reel, up to only 10 more additional free spins is way too little, but worse of all, all wins would not be boosted up higher by the absence of win multipliers, so getting good wins may indeed be very tedious and hard!
Pirate’s Charm is actually a simple game to play, and the Mystery Charm Respins feature do come quite often too, so interest in the game can be maintained for quite some time. However, those frequent low payouts would soon take its toll, as I soon found out. After doing about 700 spins or so, all I could get was a measly miserable 51x win from one of the free spins games, and getting only 2 or 4 more additional free spins. Now that’s a big “argh” from me! There must be a better Pirate game somewhere out there, hehehe.
