The Mysterious slot game has a dark and haunted feel to it. You are taken to a street at night-time where you’ll see a creepy castle up in the hills. The Lady feature – The Lady symbol is wild, and the lady wild can expand to reveal a mystery stacked symbol that will lead to new winning combinations.
The Baron feature - The Baron symbol is wild infect nearby symbols vertically by transforming them into wild for bigger wins.

Mysterious comes with 2 free spins features. You can access this feature by landing 3 or 4 scatters which will award 8 or 12 spins respectively.
Locking Multiplier– Clock symbols that land on the reels as these will give you a random win multiplier of 3x, 6x, 9x or 12x. 2 clock symbols landing will add 2 more free spins to your tally with the multiplier locked.
Resurrecting Roaming Wilds – Any wild symbols that land will fade away after each free spin. They will then roam the reels and can appear at the end of any free spin randomly if more new wilds land on the reels.

This game has decent potential in both free spins features. I always choose Resurrecting wilds feature as that seems like bigger potential but more risk. Biggest win achieved is x500, but I hardly play the slot these days as its very hard to trigger bonus honestly. Also, you can get decent base game hits easily with the random wild features.

Mysterious is one of the newest games from Pragmatic Play and when it was first released, I wasn't too excited about the game. The game itself is inspired by mystery theme and the game design looks really nice. The minimum bets are 0.10cents and from my experience, I wouldn't risk playing it with higher bets as I said beforehand, the game is very volatile and I've seen a lot of dead-spins in a row. The base game is quite unique itself as there are 3 different base game wild features and my favorite is "infecting wilds"- when there's a wild symbol, it will add another wild on the reels. In my last session I had 3 wild symbols which all doubled, and it ended up with a 100x bet base game win, which is great.

When it comes to this game, although base game can pay decently, my favorite part is the free spins bonus round which you get by triggering 3 or more scatter symbols. You get to pick one of the 2 bonus features- I have tried the locking multiplier spins a few times but never won more than 20x bet, so from then I started to only choose "resurrecting wilds"- in other words, whenever in free spins you get wilds, they will possibly resurrect in the next spins if a new wild lands. I've had a few pretty nice wins because of it, as there are more reels active in free spins and it's possible to get good 5oak combinations. But hence the volatility, I've also had multiple 15x bet wins from it too.

Overall this is a game I would recommend to try. The gameplay is exciting and the design is beautiful, the game has a lot of potential for big wins, especially in free spins, but I would suggest to be careful with bet sizes as this game can be a money-eater very quickly.
