Quickspin has never been my selection of playing slots, the reason is the very low paying table. I believe this game is relatively new as I really have no idea when it was launched, as I really don't pay attention to Quickspin slots and their released of their new games.

This is the first time I played slot as this one as it has 3x3 grid and has 27 to 243 ways of wins, a bit odd if you ask me or the fact I am not used to play slots as this one. This is another slot with cartoonish style as for the graphics a bit poor or maybe that the theme is set in the Mayana forest, where you are in the search for the Mayan gold, maybe it's made intentionally that way.The symbols are 4 Mayan animal masks and 4 different gemstones, lookout for the Devil mask as it is the highest symbol where it can give you X 6 your bet.

The game starts as I said with 3x3 grid so forming a wining combination or matching at least 3 symbols will activate the re spin feature, so for the first re spin the multiplier starts with x 1 your bet, so if you are lucky the multiplayer can go up to X 20 your bet. But the most important thing which you have to look for it, is the Mucha Mayana feature,Mucha Mayana feature can be triggered randomly, but if it lands it will give you from 4 X up to X 20 multiplier.

The random Mucha Mayana feature is very rare, so don't expect something extra ordinary from this game, well that's from my experience, I have tried this slot many times but mostly as free spins given from some casinos, might be good slot but again, I was never big fan of Quickspin provider, I might change my mind if only they would release some normal with high variance slot,which I doubt.

I don't really know if this Mayana game from Quickspin is a new one or not, because I've never been a fan of Quickspin games, simply for their ridiculously and extremely low paytables, even though their games can be fun to play. Anyway, I was browsing around in one of my favourite casinos, and found this Mayana game, so I decided to give it a better look. Honestly speaking, I was quite impressed by what I saw - nothing outstanding of course, but impressed nonetheless. I like the graphics, I like the icons, and after looking at the paytable, I decided to give it a try.

Mayana plays with an initial 27 ways to win, with 3 reels and 3 rows. Surprised? Well, I was! The nice thing about it is that with each consecutive win, the number of active boxes increases, from 3 reels 3 rows to 5 reels at the bottom row first. then the middle row, and finally getting all 3 rows with 5 reels. Quite interesting this, and I've never come across anything like it before either. Maybe this is even something new and unique, but I don't know for sure. When all 5 reels and 3 rows have been activated, the game then plays with 243 ways to win, which is good. The only thing that sucks badly, is the paytable! Why Quickspin keeps maintaining these sort of ridiculous paytables I will never know, or understand.

Now here's another interesting, or not interesting feature of this game - it plays without any Wild, Scatter or Bonus symbols! All you get are Mask and animal symbols, with the Red Mask being the highest paying symbol at 6x the total bet for getting 5 of them. The other symbols pay from 3x down to an incredibly low 0.32x the total bet amount for getting any 5 of them. A totally ridiculous and an extremely low paytable, but then again, that's very typical of all Quickspin's games! This is something that I can never like, or accept!

Each win triggers a free Respin, and increases the number of boxes by 2 - from the starting 9 boxes to 11, then to 13, and finally to 15, which then plays and pays with 243 ways to win. There are no Free Spin games, there are no Bonus games - just Respins. Nonetheless, I still find it interesting to play, especially when the game is in a good mood. Never mind about its bad mood - you don't wanna know! Hahaha. Also interestingly enough, you may get a randomly activated feature called the Mucho Mayana Respin at the end of any Respin with the full 5 reels and 3 rows. This feature cannot be activated without the full reels and rows. One final Respin is awarded, with a random multiplier of 4x up to 20x, depending on your luck.

Sad to say, I could only get up to the 10x multiplier with that Mucho Mayana Respin feature, but that gave me a fairly nice 104x win so far, so getting a 20x multiplier could produce wins of up to 250x, or slightly more. But like I've said a million times before, it is just too bad that the win values are all way too low to produce any better wins, but then again, Quickspin's games are never meant to produce any huge good wins! Hahaha. Nonetheless, I must admit that this Mayana game can be fun and interesting to play, but only for up to a certain limited play time only - then the lousy payouts would eventually get into any player! Hehehe.
