Master Chen's Fortune

A slot from Pragmatic Play and it has a Chinese theme with a 5 reel, 3 row and 9 fixed paylines at just 0.09 per spin.

The slot does not have a free spins bonus feature or any bonus feature so there is nothing to chase here when it comes to playing this game and grinding the base game. When I was having a session on this slot I was able to get some good wins including one of the best ones was the almost 59x when Master Chen which acts a wild symbol and doubles all wins was able to take part in multiple paylines on the same spin. There are scatters in the game that pay left to right and right to left but they don’t trigger any features but pay 100x for 5 of a kind.

The graphics shows that the symbols on the reels do animate themselves when they are in a winning payline where Master Chen and the white cat get involved in clapping and waving. Even the green pots get moved around side to side.

The music is of some Chinese oriental nature as one would expect which involves plenty of drumming and some kind of flute instrument. The sound effects include even Master Chen getting involved in celebrating wins when he takes part in a payline as he claps his hands.

I played the max RTP vesrion of 96.48% RTP version which allowed me to experience the slot at it’s best and I was able to walk away at end of the session with a profit which I attribute to the higher RTP I was playing at.

The max win cap is only at 3600x which is on the lower side of my preference as when it comes to Pragmatic Play slots I tend to play the 5000x and up max win slots since I enjoy slots that have higher potential. The lack of a free spins feature is a big negative in my opinion as I prefer slots with some kind of bonus feature to trigger via scatters or randomly and all slots should have them.
