Here is one more game from GameArt that appears to be quite good for playing, but actually suffers during actual game play! Maybe it's due to my being unlucky on most Oriental-themed games, none of which have given me any good wins through many years of playing them, with the only exception of Playtech's Silent Samurai game. Maybe I was just unlucky on that day, who can know for sure, but this is yet one more GameArt game that I would want to avoid playing again! Magic Dragon plays with 243 ways to win, but what is unusual is that it plays with $0.50 minimum bet per spin! That's $0.20 extra for each and every spin, but without any huge win potential at all! Personally to me, that's a huge waste of money in the long run, which only GameArt would benefit! The Dragon Wild symbol is a non-paying symbol, only appearing on reels 2, 3 and 4, and with no doubling of wins with it, or expanding into a full Wild Reel either. This Wild symbol sucks! The Coin Scatter symbol pays a low 50x total bet for getting 5 of them, but offers 5 choices of free spins modes by getting 3 or more Scatter symbols. Each mode is Dragon colour-coded, offering a choice of either 25, 20, 15, 13 or 10 free spins, each with varying multipliers of 2x up to 30x. This certainly looks good, especially that 10 free spins with up to 30x multiplier choice, but the actual payout from this free spins mode turned out to be totally hopeless for me - I couldn't even get a 10x win from the 10 free spins! Never mind that 30x multiplier - it can only appear very rarely, whilst the other high multipliers seemed to appear only in non-winning combinations! What the argh! I have tried out each of the 5 modes, from the 25 free spins with 2x-5x multipliers, to that 10 free spins with 10x-30x multipliers, but none of the Free Spins games paid me over 50x my bet amount! That was very very disappointing indeed for me! If these Free Spins games don't disappoint you at all, then consider yourself to be one of the few lucky players! As for me, no thanks, not ever again, thank you!
