The ‘Leprechaun Song’ video slot comes from, Pragmatic Play provider with 5 reels and 20 Paylines. You have fixed Jackpots/Mega symbols/Raining wilds and Free spins which have multipliers. Landing 3 Scatters on the reels 1/3/5 awards 10 Free spins with 2x multiplier. You also get a ‘Pick and Click’ feature which adds multipliers, extra wilds etc.
Considering the low values on Paytable, you might don't return on those green meadows for play.
Do you like Leprechaun-themed games? I don’t! Whenever I see one, I would go ”oh sheesh!” Why? Because none of such games have given me any good wins so far, that’s why. So I only play such games when I have to, like in this instance. Playtech used to have a good Leprechaun game, it was one of my favourite oldies, but even that game is nowhere to be found now.
Most, if not all, of Leprechaun game would have a Leprechaun background music, so when I played this Leprechaun Song game, I had the music muted. No need to ask why, right? Hehehe. I’ve only played this game a few times so far, without getting any decent win, if I may say so, so it is not in my regular playlist. Honestly speaking, there isn’t anything exciting about this game at all that I could sing praises for – the game looks okay but not interesting enough, the paytable cannot provide exciting good wins, the game play is mediocre at best, and yeah, that includes the payouts too.
There are 3 randomly activated features in the main game - the Raining Wild feature randomly throws Wild symbols onto the reels, the Pick-a-fiddle feature is just that, to win instant cash, and the Giant symbol creates a random 3x3 symbol on the reels. Getting 3 non-paying Scatter symbols (argh!) activates one of the three feature games – 10 free spins with a 2x multiplier, 15 free spins with a 2x multiplier, or 3 free spins with a walking 3x3 Giant Symbol. Yep, that’s a lousy 3 free spins for the last option!
None of the said features are new ones, so you’ve most probably played a similar feature elsewhere in another game. The Giant Symbol feature could provide quick 5-of-a-kind wins, or none at all, but with only 3 chances given, don’t count too much on this option! Personally, I don’t quite appreciate the other two options either, simply because of the 2x multiplier and the lesser number of free spins awarded. What all these mean is that good decent wins can be very hard to come by, and the best that I could get was only a 40x win. I should play more to get the bigger wins? Oh sheesh, no thank you! Hehehe.
A slot from Pragmatic Play and has one of those Irish themes where the little leprechaun is the main star of the show and he really knows how to play his flute too. The slot has 5 reels, 3 rows and 20 fixed pay lines of fighting Irish action. 20 Pay lines in this case means you will be shelling out 0.20 per spin but at least you do get some fun along the way.
The slot has these random features that you can trigger such as the fiddle bonus and the raining wilds, these are the smaller features but the ones I like are those that you trigger via the scatters, because those bonus games are the better paying ones and more fun too. But back to the fiddle feature that one happened me on at least 5 occasions and each time I chose a fiddle it wasn’t the top paying fiddle. The best feature I found was the coin collector and the free spins picker. So I was giving this slot a go over a couple hundred spins and I got to play at least 7 features best of all was the mushroom spins which are the free spins picker but that only paid just over 23x.
The music you get is very Irish and relaxing and as I have noticed with these Pragmatic slots that when you are not spinning the reels the tune just plays over and over but when you start spinning them then it gets loud and you also have the little leprechaun guy say “Wow” every now and then as he reacts to the reel action when for example you have a double scatter bonus tease.
Graphics wise the slot looks pretty good, lots of green as one would expect and then you have the rainbow at the top of the reels while the little leprechaun sits on the top left corner.
I took a shot on the 95.45% R.T.P. version which unlike many other Pragmatic slots that are on the lower R.T.P. version this was only about 1% under not the usual 2% under and thus I was given a fair go at it.
The majority of the features I encountered were the fiddle bonus features which seemed rigged and did not matter what fiddle you chose and each time I did not pick the best paying fiddle which was kind of tilting considering the result is predetermined yet they make you go through the process of doing your picks. There are no bonus buys or ante bets so it’s all about natural base game grinding to trigger the random features. The issue with this slot is not the feature bonus frequency but the low payouts of all those features.
