I've tried to play the base game, but there's nothing really happening and I haven't yet had a single win over 50x bet in the base game. 

Now, speaking of the free spins feature, it really is all or nothing. When you get the scatters, you get only 6 free spins.  And the goal is to get as many scatters - as quickly you can. Because in the free spins, you get one wild that stays on the screen for the entire feature - it starts as a 1x1 wild and every time you collect 3 scatters, the wild will expand, which is very similar to the Fat Rabbit game. So for 3 scatters you get up to 3 extra spins, which play a crucial part in the bonus round. Of course the goal is to get to the last stage for a full screen wild. But that's definitely not an easy task to achieve!

 So when I say it's a very volatile bonus- it really is. I've had a few bonus features where I can't even get past the first wild stage and end up with less than a 30x bet win. All in all, it's a game that offers an interesting twist to the classic fruit-theme, but as I said, I find the base game quite dull. And the bonus round is very volatile, so I'd recommend being careful with it.
