Jackpot Cherries is one of the simplest classical slots I have ever played. It has a single payline and only 3 symbols (cherries, jackpot and "O") of which only the first two pay (the cherries and the jackpot). Except for these there are present some “nudges” that can be either in manual or auto mode and some “holds” that are offered totally at random. In auto mode, the 3 reels are nudged to the best possible combination (and the auto mode replaces the manual mode if you do not nudge for maximum wins). There are offered always three nudges but no matter how these nudges are given, in 3 of 4 cases they are absolutely useless, after all these you will not have 3 cherries or 3 “jackpots” on the same line. However the “holds” help in the way that when you finally gather 3 cherries or 3 Jackpots, they are held all 3 together and they are counted 2-4 times in a row sometimes for the same win. 3 cherries counted 4 times for the minimum bet of 25 cents, give 5 Euro meaning about as much as the jackpot.

And that is all. The three reels stop spinning with 3 musical notes, Do, Re, Mi and you wonder where lies the beauty of this slot. Well, this beauty lies in the remark from the paytable “. The expected return equals the theoretic return after a very large number of plays”. If you play 100 Euro (25 cents/spin) that is 400 spins you will probably lose only about 5 Euro but if you play the same amount at 1 Euro/spin well you will win or you will lose 10-20 Euros.

This is exactly what happened to me and after just 10 spins I had 3 Jackpots that were “hold” 3 times in a row and gave me more than 18 Euros. If I was playing for 1 Euro/spin, I could have won 70 Euros from one spin! The game is not impressive, and perhaps because of its extreme simplicity is not even worth a review because 10-20 spins are enough to find out all about this slot. And even when playing here at first spins you ask yourself which is the winning line and only after some time you notice that this is in fact the bottom line. The top two lines are only present because of the nudges. And also sometimes (although you are wrong) the slot gives the impression of being “stumpy”, like being made in a rush.

But all the beauty of the game here lies precisely in the fact that sometimes if you risk you can win pretty well due to the short deviations from the value of the average return.

The slot is too simple. Only three symbols, and one of which does not offer anything is too little to give many emotions. Initially you wonder why on the left and right sides of the slot there are figured 3 lines and you realize that you were tricked (there is only one line) and symbols from the sides are only for advertising.
