This is a slot all about the tricks of the magic show, featuring an Illusionist, a Rabbit emerging from a Hat, a Crystal ball, and the Lady assistant holding a Dove. Graphically it has a decent work, but it does ‘suffer’ from the fact that there are so many playing card symbols on the reels, which in my opinion aren’t necessary, along with the theme of the slot. Unfortunately it doesn’t had a impact for me. After a while, I got bored.

Illusions 2 is an old video slot powered by iSoftBet software provider. It has 5 reels and 30 active pay lines. I tried to play it just a couple of days ago, but I did not have any luck on it at all.

3 or more bonus symbols anywhere on the reels will activate the illusions bonus where you can win up to 15 free spins. During each free spins there will be trick symbols which can expand and remain throughout free spins. Beside free spins feature there is also some wild mutlipliers, the highest multiplier which you can get is x5.

When I was playing Illusions 2 I had no luck at all. All my winnings were lower than x20 bet. I never triggered free spins, I think because I was playing it only for a short time. But I couldn't play it more time because of all small winnings which I got during main game. Getting x2, x3 multiplier and the winning still lower than x10 bet is ridiculous. I hate this kind of games when wilds appear and the winning is so small. Maybe free spins feature is better, well I believe it is with expanded trick symbols. But multiplier wilds dissapointed me a lot, so I do not think I will give it another chance.

Otherwise this video slot looks great in design, it has nice sounds and music. But once again for me it was disappointment with wilds. Maybe I was playing some other slots too much were wilds are real wilds – where they have real power and increase your winnings a lot. I do not know. My ratio for this game will be 5 out of 10 possible stars. And yes I will stay away from it in the future, I do not like it at all.

I always loved and probably will the slots that have a nice graphics and a pleasant view but they don’t need to be glittering or flashing to achieve this and they are really fine in their simplicity. I think Illusions slot is exactly like this and I like what it can give me in visualization. This 30-payline slot deals with Magic theme and naturally uses symbols like magician, rabbit in the hat, magic ball characters and all of them have great graphics as well the little animations and with the decorative curtains in the background and with a minor thing like the font style it really makes me feel as if I was at a revue show in Las Vegas so I can safely say this slot has the ability to present very well the atmosphere of the theme and does it with proper pictorial elements.

While playing the game I always have an ambivalent feeling because the less paying winning combination are very frequently occurs and even the bigger line wins showed themselves acceptable often times but I still think the game can’t give a real big win or I just can’t see the potential in it. I think the answer for this latter one can be found in the fact that the best paying 5 of a kind line win can pay just 1000 coins which is not so great (though there are 2 combinations with 2 different symbols that can offer that) but I think this slot has another great things that still can do some damage.
Not less than 4 Wilds are in use here – one is a normal substituting symbol while the others all have the power to multiply the wins. Interesting, the creators don’t use just one figure and assign to it a random multiplier value but every one of them has a specific value like x2, x3 or x5.

Sadly the specific Illusion emblem which is the Scatter has no good payout quality as it can reward up to 25 times of total bet but the Free Spin feature is a totally different story. 3 or more Magician pictograms on the table activate the Illusion Bonus where we can choose under what conditions the free games are played. They can be 5, 8 or 15 extra games with x6, x3 or x1 multiplier number. There the winnings are almost guaranteed thanks to the appearing Trick symbols that remains active and act as an expanding wild during that session. This is really a good secondary game with lot of winning options but as I said they are from the less rewarding ones so the average returns of that segment of the game is rarely more than 15-20 times of the total bet.

All in all, the slot has all the capability to entertain players both in visual effects and game features and it’s an overall very solid and good product and in my opinion the only thing that separates it from being a real great game is the better paying system. The lack of the high end prize is noticeable and if a player can’t feel the chance to win big the question is evident – Why would she/he play here? If the creators can modify these values and change the payout policy or even better assign to this game a higher Jackpot, I think this slot would gain much attention from players in general.
