Gods of Olympus was recently released by Blue Print gaming and is awesome in terms of its random feature as well as the free spins feature. Well one of the free spins features is not great, but I have made a couple of bucks on this slot alone.

With a Greek mythology theme, it looks rather looks great as well as the graphics. With A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9 card suits on the reels, you will see Greek Gods as high paying symbols. Zeus is the most lucrative symbol giving you 25 times total bet for 5 of a kind.

Each reel can contain up to 5 symbols on each and that would result in the maximum 15,625 MegaWays that this slot can pay. I think this is slightly higher from their previous releases in the MegaWays series. I think the others have maximum 12,500 Megaways.

Gods of Olympus MegaWays comes with randomly triggered power spins features. Zeus can show up and give you 1 of 5 modifiers. You can also pay 50 times your stake to trigger this feature. They are the following:


• Wild Thunder feature – Up to 10 wild multipliers are added to the reels.


• Colossal Thunder feature – Up to 6 reels will be transformed into a Colossal Reel to display the same symbol


• Mystery Thunder feature – Mystery symbols are added to all 6 reels for a guaranteed payout.

• Bonus Thunder feature – Extra scatter symbols are added the reels to give you 15,625 ways to win and the chance to trigger the free spins feature.

• Re-spin Thunder feature – Winning symbols are sticky with re-spins to follow until no more new wins are formed.


The other symbol to look out for is the lightning bolt scatter which can show up on any of the 6 reels. When you get 3, 4, 5 or 6 of them in the base game, you will receive 10, 12, 15 or 20 free spins. You can then choose from 1 of 4 free spins features.

• Wild Storm Free Spins feature – Thunderbolt symbols are in play on all reels. These will transform the symbols they land on (on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5) into wild symbols. 3 scatters will give you 2 more free spins with more Megaways.

• Rise of Olympus Free Spins feature – It uses the popular Unlimited Win Multiplier feature found in other MegaWays slots. This means a wild landing (on reels 2 through 5) will increase the multiplier by 1. For every 5 wilds you see, you’ll receive 2 additional free spins. (This is the baddest of them all.)


• Almighty Wild Free Spins feature – You’ll come across 2x and 3x wild multipliers which can combine to give you 81x wild multipliers. Once you collect 3 scatters, the wild multipliers will increase in value to give you more free spins and potential multipliers up to 625x.

• Colossal Free Spins feature – there’s a roaming wild symbol that is 2 symbols high on the reels. When it stops moving, those positions become wild. 3 scatters will increase the wild’s size to give you more free spins and multipliers up to 625x.

Triggering free spins during the base can take forever as its hard to get 3 scatters. However, buying the bonus feature for x100 your bet is an option or you can buy a power spin to benefit from the other features for x50 your total bet. I Like this game but would prefer Genie Jackpots MegaWays instead.
