Frontier Fortune is a relatively old game released in early 2015 by The Hawk Game Suite with a theme of the game being strictly about the Wild West. It has 5 reels and 25paylines which means the minimal bet you can do is 0.25$ covering all the lines, and it can go up to 25$. With RTP of the game being 96% that is somewhat middle standard.
Symbols in the game are basically all inspired by the Wild West universe which is what game is about. The first symbols are loon sign, tent, sheriff star, drums, crossed pickaxes, the bottles of whiskey and the cowboy boot and those are relatively low paying symbols. The top-paying symbols are crossed guns, horse and carriage and of course Cowboy that scatter symbol. One thing I liked about the symbols is that they didn't use classic card deck for symbols and everything looks more unique.
Getting the free spins in this game is relatively easy as you need only to match at least 2 or more Cowboys symbols from left to right beginning from the 1 reel to activate the free spins bonus game. Each Cowboy rewards you with 4 free spins. As soon as the free spins start, you will notice two colts pistols from the left and the right side. With every spin, the cowboy shoots his colts leaving the holes on the reel which turn into the wild symbol.
I was a little bit skeptical before playing a game because of RTP being only 96% and the base game didn't give me any excitement at all as the winnings were really minor. But meanwhile, the free spins have a high potential and I managed to get 80-100x wins consistently. On top of that with every spin, you randomly hit a jackpot mini, minor, and a major one.
There was no background music at all, the only thing the game had was a wild sound which was happening quite often as the wild symbol appears on the reel a lot. And I must tell you that it was really annoying hearing it almost every spin, followed by animation that you have to stare at even if your wins are an only 2-3x multiplier.
You should definitely try this slot and see if you like it, but in my opinion, there are just too many wild west themed games with better RTP and design in general, that this game is barely even played.
