This is the next game from Fazi Interactive that I had played for the very first time, thanks to another forum member who had mentioned it as being a good game to play. To my surprise, this Dolphin’s Shine game is not much different from Aloha Charm, except that it plays with only 9 paylines instead of 10. That’s 1 cent less bet per spin, and may save a few dollars in the long run, so to speak, hehehe.
The Wild has a slightly higher win value, at 1000x for a 5-of-a-kind win, as compared to 900x in Aloha Charm, but a 5 Scatters win remains at 500x. Both are excellent win values indeed, nothing like the 10x win (or less) in megaways or clusters pay games. Also remaining the same is the doubling of wins with the Wild symbol, and the 15 free spins with a x3 multiplier too. Yes, this game makes it into my favourite games list as well.
Playing this game reminds me so much of playing Playtech’s Safari Heat and Panther Moon, in the sense that Safari Heat would usually play better than the other, and Aloha Charm plays in a similar manner than Dolphin’s Shine. Nonetheless, it is still a good game by any standards. One more minor aspect that I had noticed was that retriggering of the free spins was also slightly harder to come by too. Coincidences in the game play mechanics perhaps, or simply following the same algorithmic patterns, I wouldn’t know for sure.
However, I do find one thing that I don’t like at all in Dolphin’s Shine, and that is that annoying sound effect for each and every win. Could be very irritating to others too, as much as it does to me, so I prefer to play this game with the sound turned off! That makes no difference to me, as there isn’t any nice soundtrack to enjoy the game better, but wish there is one though.
A slot from Fazi based on an underwater fish theme, and is another one of the 9 liners games that used to be popular in the past. It has 5 reels and 3 rows and 9 pay lines with a min bet of 0.09 if you play all 9 lines as you should in most cases. Oh and guess what the 9 lines are fixed so you are going to be playing all 9 lines no matter what.
The slot like all good slots comes with a free spins feature and for that you will be looking for the sea shell scatter symbol to land on the reels and you will need 3 of them at least to get the free spins feature triggered. Good thing is these can be triggered for gaining more free spins and with this slot you can get plenty of retriggers if the game is in a good mood/mode so look out for those multiple retriggers, it sure is fun when that happens.
As with some slots there is a gamble feature that is always nice to have in slot games and there you can try your luck at end of a win to try double your luck if you are good at guessing the card colour outcomes. Good luck with that.
The sound and music is suitable for an underwater fishy theme and Fazi does a good enough job in that department to give the game a good experience.
In addition to the slot game is also a progressive jackpot that is linked to this slot as well as many other Fazi slots and there you can win a big jackpot if you are lucky enough or the smaller jackpots which are also there. The best is the diamond jackpot, and there is also a gold and silver. Silver being the smallest one.
I found that during my real money play on this slot that I was able to get the feature on average once every 346 spins and pay on average around 190x. Why? Because my very first feature on this slot game paid 584x. What a beautiful welcome feature that was. It had so many retriggers which added up to a total of 135 free spins. What more could you ask for. You just don’t get that every time you play a slot for the first time, but when you do then you know that slot is good for you and can do well on it in future sessions too. Best in the base game was just under 28x and that is having done over 2000 spins on this game.
As for the RTP that is with this slot, it runs on on the 96.17% and that is the setting I played it on at the casino I played it at and would recommend this maximum RTP that this slot runs on. Anything above 96% these days is good enough to play on, anything under 96% you gotta be aware.
What can I say about this game is that it has like many other slots the possibility of taking too many spins between features and I somehow took 878 spins and counting after my last feature on it which was feature number 6 and thus the 878 spins were played after it and have not gotten my 7th feature which is reminding me those megaways games but this is a 9 liner so what is going on with this. My two other longest waits for a feature took 613 spins and 304 spins thus it brings the average to hefty 346.
