Diamonds are Forever is a very fine traditional slot machine from TopGame. It has a very enjoyable blue dominated interface and I don’t know what’s the name of this tint of colour what it uses but I attribute the game’s elegant, royalty look to this blue leaning to black colour effect. This slot is very well designed with well visible paytable and the reels in the main focus. I’m a fan of the nice vies of diamond, 7’s, bells, bars figures.
The slot can be played on 1-3 lines and I love to use it with just a single line. I know lot of people hate to does that because it would drive them crazy if one of the other two lines had a Jackpot win and I understand that but I just like it my way. The minimum coin value is €0.01 but this can be increased up to €5. The way I play, the Jackpot is 1000 coins but using 3 coins as stake this top prize is 6000 by getting three 7’s. Bell is the only participants among normal symbols which pays if appears alone on a winning line, although that time it just pay back the stake and doesn’t give any profit (must be two of them to double the stake). 7 substitutes all other symbols that means if 1 pops up on an active line but a win is not completed with other or just it’s the only figure there, it acts as if it were a single Bell icon and returns the bet. Not too many times lands on line and it’s strange a little bit considering the game has only 9 symbols in use.
It shows the slot’s simplicity there’s nothing else to be mentioned about game rules or features.
Once when I didn’t get the expected results at Black Diamond (this is my favourite 3-reel classic slot at TopGame casinos – strictly the 1 line version) and I switched to Diamond are Forever to make my day. 1 line – 1 Euro and started playing. On the first dozen spins I got just one double bar winning (€25) but I lost enough on the other slot on that day so decreased my stake to €0.50 and shortly got 2 Diamonds mixing with a 7 on the center line (€100). In some way it was more frustrating for me than getting a Jackpot on other lines because playing with my initial bet for some more spin would have meant another €100 in this case. Later I could collect some more winnings and the final profit here still didn’t cover my total losses but could get some consolidation at least.
Overall, it’s a good classic slot and I can recommend it but if I have to mention 1 thing that I dislike it would be the speed of the reels. Playing it for an extended time it could get bothering and maybe boring to wait for long while the reels are stopped. Other than that it’s an entertaining game.

A slot from Pragmatic Play and what we have here is another retro slot with a small number of reels just 3 of them and thus only 3 pay lines. Min bet is just 0.03 per spin if you play all 3 pay lines but you can reduce it down to just 1 line if you prefer. This is basically identical to Irish Charms except it has a different theme of course.
The one important part missing is the free spins feature but that is because a lot of retro slots didn’t have a bonus feature at all so it is what it is we just play it for some spins and move on cause there is nothing to chase besides trying to get those rare triple purple 7’s that would pay a decent amount if they were to land on the reels. That could be something to aim for every now and then during a session one loads this slot gives it some spins, get some bonus wagering done and move on. I gave the slot at least a 100 spins and the best win I could get from it was just over 18x when it was the triple bars that showed up. But because you are playing 3 lines you can get paid on all 3 lines in one spin.
When it comes to graphics with this slot it is retro looking, bells, 7’s and diamonds, if you think about it the diamonds could have been made to be the top symbol here instead of 7’s but nope they went with the 7’s just like in Irish charms and I am ok with that, the slot looks fine and old school.
There is no actual music with this retro looking slot just the sound effects that just go off every spin of the reels and any time you hit a win too but just spinning the reels makes the game go crazy.
I played the 96.96% R.T.P. version which is the max R.T.P. same as on the Irish Charms and both this and the other version of it played well for me and walked away with a profit at end of the session. Good for bonus wagering surely it must be.
There is a lack of a free spins feature and the sound effects are super annoying and you gotta turn them off or you will tilt yourself cause there is only so much one can take to hear it. I think the sound effects could be used for torture as I can’t take more than a few seconds listening to it.
